I couldn't care less about yesterdays news, apart from losing a very good player, the fact he went across the river honestly had little effect on me.
On the face of it a brilliant piece of business by Steve Lansdown yesterday though. A cheap striker who has progressed and scored bags of goals, rattled the cage of his neighbours supporters and he will of hoped dented our play off ambitions maintaining his all so important 'Gap', oh and taken the heat momentarily off his under pressure manager. Talk about kill loads of birds with one stone! And in fairness reading all the Social Media last night he must have been watering himself as many of our supporters went into meltdown.
However!
'He who laughs last, laughs longest' and as good as yesterday was for the tax exile he has played a dangerous game. The fact still remains Taylor could be terrible there, they could still go down, we could still go up, meaning despite laughing very loudly for a while the 'Gap' could be reversed. Now of course there are a lot of 'coulds' in there.
There is only one way to make him look stupid and that is by getting above his little project. Now, we STILL are the club on the move and that move is up. We have new owners who i believe will carefully and meticulously plan our future and we already have a manager who has proved he can do the tough stuff and play a patience game.
When adversity strikes, or if you're provoked that's when you have to be the most calm. Take a step back, stay strong, stay grounded and press on.

You have to take stock. Mr Lansdown will die one day and his son we ruin the club even more. Circle of life. Yep. If the Lion King taught us anything, it's that Lansdown is a rosy faced twat. Thanks Uncle Walt.

There was something always off about MT - perhaps being good at something means you need to be a lady garden?!

Its pretty clear however that we for whatever reason do not want to go up. Fielding a heavilly weakened team at charlton, DC being told by wael that he can spend whatever he needs yet spending very little. Its all a bit weird, can't quite work out what we are up to.

L**sdown is nothing more that a controlling psychopath, his financial company makes money with unethical practices with pay day loans under different financial names to fool the public and charges extortionate interest to the most vulnerable of society. Matty Taylor you will love it with him.

It's a bugger that they play Rotherham at home on Saturday though. Probably the only team in the Championship they're capable of beating at the moment.

Probably the only team in the Championship they're capable of beating at the moment. but....but....isn't it delicious, the thought of Rotherham winning? Can you imagine the scenes.....when Taylor comes off the bench with twenty minutes to go, and misses two sitters as well...........We can only dream.

Lansdown is getting desperate, in reality signing a lower division 300k striker aint that special really. I think he's addressed the fan unrest rather than his poorly performing team. Could be a big mistake. Plus, 2 of his biggest potential rugger buggers have turned down new contracts cause they want to be guaranteed Prem Rugby, which clearly demonstrates what his dressing room believe their chances are. Is the tide turning Steven?

Yep there is a god !!!! Come on Blackburn one more and now they're losing again ππ After their home game Saturday, they have 4 games away in a row due to their home game with Fulham postponed as the Londoners are still in the f.a cup. Derby away Leeds away Newcastle away Villa away Squeeky bum time for the pooheads I think.
