Hi chaps, Cov fan here in peace. For once, there might be a decent atmosphere at the Ricoh with 4k of your lot making the trip. South Stand you guys are in holds up to 6000- likes of Leeds and L******er have sold it out before. Ridiculous they haven't continued selling you the full allocation. Think they've stopped you at 4,200 to make sure there's a gap between home and away fans. Like the moderator said, expect a very heavy handed steward and police presence in the ground. Since the couple of pitch invasions in Dec and Jan, the club has attempted to clamp down on trouble, but the overzealous and antagonistic nature of the stewarding has only compounded the issue and has made the general matchday experience for Cov fans far more hostile and negative. All the best for Saturday, hope youse enjoy your trip to the Midlands. Make the most of it cause i dont think we'll be playing you again for a long long time Pusb! If the stand holds 6,000, in the picture below there must be just under 3,000, so we will take on another block. Very intimidating, I hope.

The drunken idiots who arrived at 5 to 3 at Shrewsbury were in their 50's.Insisted on sitting to-gether but their pugnacious behaviour forced a lot of us to move away.Bad day all round that was!!

In years to come (dream mode) we are going to have lots of people booted off the flight for our champions league game against the minnows of Barcelona for not sitting in the right seat

any away following under 1500 you expect people to sit where they want, however annoying that may be.
When youre looking at over 4k, there's no way you can expect to sit where you want. Just a little common sense will tell you that.
If you aren't gonna be sat with your mates, tough sh**, you shouldve planned buying the tickets better. Nothing worse than watered off fellow gasheads before a game.

I used to love that programme I think Lee Johnson was in it too?

Please don't be that person who goes right to the back of the stand and tells people to sit down

Please don't be that person who goes right to the back of the stand and tells people to sit down To be fair an away day with everyone standing ( except people who physically can't ) is top notch. Remember Pompey a few years back

Remember Pompey a few years back Exactly, makes it easier if people who sit head to the front and people who want to stand up go to the back. Works for everyone

Bit of a stupid thing to say considering people didn't even know if they'd be able to get tickets a week ago, in fact I think they'll be lot of people attending with tickets in different areas who will want to be next to their friends/family.

Oh I thought it through and was aware of the predictable replies I'd get. Can always see your friends or family at half time. It wont be that unbearable.

One of the reasons people go to football is to have a laugh/ socialise with friends I get that but just because we're Bristol Rovers, doesn't mean we can sit where we want. Especially when there are over 4,000 people to consider.
