. I think we will we will be housed in the South stand. I don't think it's behind a goal. You are wrong there.

Hi chaps, Cov fan here in peace. For once, there might be a decent atmosphere at the Ricoh with 4k of your lot making the trip. South Stand you guys are in holds up to 6000- likes of Leeds and L******er have sold it out before. Ridiculous they haven't continued selling you the full allocation. Think they've stopped you at 4,200 to make sure there's a gap between home and away fans. Like the moderator said, expect a very heavy handed steward and police presence in the ground. Since the couple of pitch invasions in Dec and Jan, the club has attempted to clamp down on trouble, but the overzealous and antagonistic nature of the stewarding has only compounded the issue and has made the general matchday experience for Cov fans far more hostile and negative. All the best for Saturday, hope youse enjoy your trip to the Midlands. Make the most of it cause i dont think we'll be playing you again for a long long time Pusb! If the stand holds 6,000, in the picture below there must be just under 3,000, so we will take on another block. Very intimidating, I hope. Not too dissimilar to the original plans for the U.W.E. stadium

Anybody ITK as to how many tickets have been sold up to now? As I may need to adjust my away attendance prediction.

What happens if there is a demo during the game ,say a pitch invasion by Coventry fans to highlight the clubs plight, what should we do ? join in and show our support ,stay in our seats and sing sack the board ,do nothing and go for a cup of tea. I think staying in our seats but singing sack the board would be great. Nothing that we can get into trouble for, but a bit of good humour on our part that the Cov fans would probably appreciate. UTG!

That's a ridiculous away following, comfortably higher than our average home attendance in the first season I followed the Gas ('87/'88) and only 100 less than our last season at Eastville ('85/'86). I know those were hard times but they were in the same division. Great effort!

Over 4,000 fans to an away game ..... quite a few Premiership and Most Championship teams would wish for those numbers!!

This article puts Saturday's away following into prospective when compared to Sheff Utd etc, will it be the biggest away following of the season outside the top two divisions or as another Div 1 club took more to MK Dons ground? "The previous highest away following this season was when 2,127 Oxford United fans made the short trip up the M40 for a Tuesday night clash in October. Coventry City fans turn to gallows humour and five other things we learned from the club's 22nd League One defeat Bolton Wanderers, Sheffield United, Northampton Town and Millwall have all brought over a 1,000 supporters to the Ricoh Arena this season, but Bristol Rovers are set to bring the biggest following of the lot" www.coventrytelegraph.net/sport/football/football-news/bristol-rovers-bring-biggest-away-12768520

Just booked into the stadium hotel for a two night stay.
It looks bigger than the complex at Bolton but perhaps this is because of the casino which I will only use for their cheap meals and drinks.
Plenty of parking, at a cost!!!!!!!!!!!!! Looking forward to this game, like I did against Chelsea, Sheff Utd and Bolton.

Very odd that the Ricoh Doubletree stadium hotel has rooms with pitchside views but you cannot watch matches from them. At the weekend check-in is not allowed until 7.00pm.
But the rooms are more expensive than the ones without a view of the pitch. So you pay extra to watch the grass grow.
