Perhaps, being generous. I have my doubts. The thing is, arent we old enough and clever enough to determine these things ourselves? On a lighter note, I understand you like wine. We are opening on September 22nd, just north of Bristol. If you like Gavi di Gavi, or deep reds from the Languedoc, then we are as one. Of course real ales from the Burton Union and more locally, plus ciders will be in abundance. Good honest food at your leisure. I hope you don't forget some bold Barolo and a particular favourite of mine, which I can only find in the Clifton sausage, is a Lovegrass Shiraz. If you can find your way to stock some White Burgundy then I think I may need a bed & breakfast plan Hic..... ?
