He spent the whole season on loan at Bromley last season. He's only on a one year contract at D&R, so if it works out well, he might be tempted to sign for us permanently. Only if we go up ! or D&R get relegated

Anybody else think there's something odd about these two articles as it gives the impression Holloway hasn't got a clue Easter's spoken to DC about a move, if not, why's BSS suggesting on Tweeter we're in talks with him about a move? Surely somebody at the club needs to pick up the phone to Ollie PDQ, assuming they haven't already. The Ollie quote was from Friday 14th

...or a combination of both, either way we should be able to cover a few grand a week for the right player??

Probably too simplistic but.......
Surely we would be willing to pay an extra £1 for entry to home games....that would raise enough to cover a decent wage?? Obviously not to ST and kids though...

Nardiello has a great strike rate, 1 in 3 at present with Bury, signed with them until August 2015 though

Latest email I received from BCC Mr LincsBlue Customer Enquiries 0117 922 3000 development.management@bristol.gov.uk 30 October 2014 Dear Sir/Madam, Notification of committee date Application no. 14/04174/X Site address: The Memorial Stadium Bristol Rovers Football Club Filton Avenue Bristol BS7 0BF Proposal: Variation of conditions 11 and 36 attached to planning permission 12/02090/F, which approved the redevelopment of the site to provide a foodstore with undercroft car parking, 65 residential units and community/commercial floorspace, to amend the proposed foodstore delivery hours to the service yard between 0500 and 00:01 (Major application) I am writing to let you know that the application above will be considered by the Development Control Committee B at its meeting on Wednesday 12 November 2014. The meeting will take place in a room in the City Hall, College Green starting at 2pm, although it is not possible to say when the case will be considered. This committee may be webcast. Please go to our website www.bristol.gov.uk/webcasts to find out more. From the Wednesday before the committee date, a copy of the officer’s report and recommendation can be viewed with the planning application documents (or www.bristol.gov.uk/planningonline ). Whilst this report will have a recommendation to either grant or refuse permission, it is important to note that this recommendation does not mean that the decision has already been taken, as the decision now rests entirely with the elected members. There is no need to write a further letter on this, unless you have additional points to make. You have a right to attend the meeting, and you are able to make a statement to the committee, subject to advance notice being received. Further information on making a statement is contained in the leaflet titled “Having your say at Bristol City Council’s Development Control Committees”. Please note that the statement should be sent to the Democratic Services Team by 12 noon on the day before the committee meeting and not the case officer. To find out what happened at the committee meeting, you could telephone us from mid-day on the day following the meeting or you may view the application summary. If you require any further information about this application, please contact us. Yours faithfully Development Management Bristol City Council objcom v15.0514

Well I'm offended by it. Should I have left? Should I have just 'got on with it'? I'll tell you this mate. Not only is your statement inflammatory it also shows a real lack of intellect and awareness about cultural history. If you're not trolling and I bloody well hope you are then I suggest you ask victims of racism how they feel about being racially abused. Then come back and say your piece. No I'm not trolling. Just have a different opinion to the majority who obviously like to be politically correct. ^^^^^^^^^errr, yeah you did^^^^^^^
