If HAS doesn't have a virtual tour of the new stadium plans then I am disappointed

I wonder if there will be anything interesting said. That'll depend on how hard the interviewer is prepared to push him for answers? So probably not a lot now 20man has retired. If HAS has asked for the post match conference himself, surely he does have something to say. Be odd if he didn't.

Yes, cos if we started this summer it would be December before it is open. First few games always likely to be popular, and if we start well... then... Which is no different than last summer? I doubt TG ploughed ahead last summer on the basis JB would be sacked and his replacement would start off better this summer. Clearly TG got it hopelessly wrong as the new co-owners have now suggested in future they intend getting pp before any further work commences on the ground. Why is everyone talking as if TG was only person at the club. It's almost as if Wael would not have been involved at all, which is nonsense. As for TG being replaced, I can imagine the new owner just needed to find a position for his son and give him something to do. That was always going to be above anyone else at the club, not taking orders from TG or anyone else. Looking forward to a prosperous future under new regime.

Shouldn't you be directing your ire at Ticketmaster? Why? That's like saying if I stick my arm in a lions mouth I should blame the lion when he bites me. Everyone knows Ticketmaster are both incompetent and a rip off. Gorringe should never have even entertained using them. I can tell you, a lot of football clubs use Ticketmaster to sell their tickets. Why should we not use them aswell?

It's neither an exact science, nor an over night fix but it's the only way we are going to lose less money each year. We don't generate any non match day revenue so player sales and owners deep pockets are the only thing keeping us going. This is why the East stand and North end need to be developed properly, we need better facilities inside to help generate more income. The club should also be looking at ways of making more use of the stadium during the summer, even Yate Town have six events over Five days during May. Agreed, just extending what is there isn't good enough. The entire ground needs to look a bit sexier. Extending the stand, as is, would be like a turd being dumped on another, twice the eye sore.

I don't think so.
I want more from MT, more passion, more positivity, more accountability.
BUT, I also think these players need to be better and have some pride in the way they play. Even if the tactics are not right, I want to see 100% effort.
Are the tactics really 0 goals out of 7 games bad, I am not sure, not at league 1. The players if they have anything about them should be able to create chances.

It's all a bit depressing.
I might have to pull I'm not coming back until they are gone if things dont get any better under current owners.
The comment about cutting the South stand in half and putting end of the East Stand sounds exactly like something this lot will do.

The Al Saeeds have come in and sucked any life out of the club at an impressive rate. Season has been a disaster, paying JB off until 2025 and now have MT who has a squad playing like they are a pub side with zero confidence.
It's a shambles.

Another lackluster performance won't be tolerated, feel the players probably due some stick if they continue to not turn up and put effort in. I didn't see any lack of effort on Saturday, just a team that couldn't catch a break and got caught out twice, the second time when they were busting a gut to find an equaliser. Port Vale was a different matter! That's ok then. We will only lose 1 nil.

On a lot of these games there is very little cheering( noise ) from the home fans due to lack of goals The crowds are dead most games, no songs whatsoever. Atmosphere needs to be improved drastically. Got so bad, they could do with prompting the fans using the advertising boards around the ground displaying come on you blues for corners, Good night Iene...

What I don't get is and it also applies when I argue the club need to completely redevelop the east side, not just extend it.
Why is there an opinion and the very low expectation that we can't have a decent pre season abroad or should expect a modern stadium..it's like our fans always just happy with the cheapest option and that's it.

Christ, I do my fair share of moaning, but it's entirely optional to go watch the team in pre season. And they are for the benefit of the players not really for the supporters. Not sure why some of you are complaining.

Most of us knew we were going to struggle with this squad, but that we would stay up. If the right players were not available for the right price, did we do the right thing?? Struggle in the short term, for a better chance of long term success. Only the summer will tell and we have a massive summer ahead! If we make decent signings, we can say we did the right thing. When did everyone start thinking that? At beginning of the season, I was thinking we had really good squad, minus someone who can score regularly. Let's all be honest the failure to bring a striker in the summer is the reason our season never got going. 100% believe if we brought JCH in our season would have looked very different. As always with Rovers, we are slow to do anything, we play catch up and this time around never got a sniff at play offs. Let's take the injuries we have had, if we were winning games, I would put money that most of players would have spent half as long in the treatment room. If we were winning games there is no chance AC would have gone to Bolton mid season. We ballsed up last summer at the final minute and whoever pulled the plug are the real ones who should be accountable for what has turned out to be a very poor season.

So how will this season end, 11 games without a goal or win, can any manager really survive such an awful end to a season? Hopefully not, seems lots of changes will take place over the summer if the hospitality jungle drums last week are true. Left the ground on our 2.5hr journey back to Devon feeling as distant and underwhelmed with the club as I ever have done What were the changes?

As mentioned before for the first time in decades we have not renewed our season tickets. I have no faith in the new owners ( who are they ? Are they even of any financial worth ? - answers on a post card please) and sorry to say I have no faith in the present manager. We were marginally better today but what sticks in your throat is watching an ex player score against you - sell your best players and they come back to **ck you, and sadly that is how I feel. Next season will be pay on the day and I don’t expect to be paying to many visit's. UTFG I share you concerns. Plans for the ground will tell us a lot about new owners. Also Worried about what sort of transfer window we are going to have. Would like to think that George Friend wouldn't have taken a job if there was going to be no money.

Fair enough, hopefully he isn't made to feel too welcome.
I'm sure the club have given Bolton close to 2K tickets in the East terrace and South Stand, similar to the Derby game will feel like a home match.
We are a soft touch.
