fuss about nothing surely Sabadell would want to play in their home kit at home yeah, I'm confused what some people are saying. We can't both wear Blue & white Quarters and Sabadell are the home team so would presumably wear their home kit
More likely that we, as the guests, in a friendly, would play at least half the game in our home shirts so the Sabadell fans get the chance to see what it's all about

If the new shirts are in then we HAVE to wear them at Sabadell. The B&W quarters connection is the entire basis for our relationship with them. Imagine if they came down to the Mem to play and trotted out in some training kit, you wonder what was the point.

Does seem a bit of a nonsense to hold back the new kit until the Open Day, with it being so late this year. At least announce it and let the team play in it until it's on sale.
And we've definitely missed a trick not releasing it during the summer. One of the few shirts I bought as an adult was solely due to it being on sale the day before I went on holiday. I remember proudly wandering down the street in Faliraki with it on when a group of lads coming rushing out of a bar towards me. I though uh oh Teds but it was just a bunch of Gasheads eager to see the new shirt 😂

So anyone have any info on our mysterious triallist? I've seen he was from non-league but nothing more than that. Did he take the corner that we scored from? If so, lovely delivery we could do with some of that this season.

...then again perhaps not.
Might have been a good idea to check with the Premium league teams first if they were actually interested...

As usual, honest, straightforward, no nonsense stuff from DC. Like it.
And yeah, nice tracksuit...now need to see the kit!

I was happy when we switched to Errea but glad to see we've gone for something different, seems to fit in well with our 'new beginning'.

Bolton and Sheffield United were two of the fixtures I was most looking forward to but doubt I'll be able to make it now they're both on a Tuesday night. Gutted.

Bristol Rovers' hopes of building new stadium at UWE move a step closer By JamesMcNamara | Posted: June 10, 2016 BRISTOL Rovers' long-running hopes of building a stadium on land owned by the University of West England is believed to have finally moved a step closer. Directors Michael Cunnah and Lee Atkins were scheduled to meet with UWE officials on Thursday and an announcement to confirm a favourable agreement has been reached between both parties is imminent. Speaking on Thursday evening, Rovers chairman Steve Hamer would only say: "There is an important meeting taking place. "We are optimistic that there will be a favourable outcome. We are hopeful that an announcement will be made on Friday or early next week. Speaking earlier this year, Hamer confirmed that Rovers were hoping to break ground in October to begin a project that was estimated to cost £40million when it was first mooted five years ago. The club is hoping the project, which initially proposed the construction of a 21,700-all-seater facility, will be completed within two years. Owner Wael Al-Qadi, speaking in March, confirmed that a "few issues" were still to be resolved between the parties – but with an announcement expected to be made imminently any sticking points appear to have been overcome. I wouldn't want us to lose our Pirate identity. It's a link to Bristol's history and a big draw for kids in particular. A lot of clubs would kill to have a nickname with such a strong identity and marketability. I've always felt we could be doing a lot more with it, the badge included.

Think it's time for the camp pirate to go. Fully expect a new badge to be launched in the next few years, probably to coincide with move to new stadium.

Given he can only last 30 mins a match this season in Div 2 I'm surprised any potential top 7 will be interested in his signing. Exactly. I'd put my money on Eastleigh, the Daggers or FGR.

I was at the Mem today, I thought I would look at what's on sale. Nothing for me really. They were awaiting the arrival of the new kit. Boycie was there, and there was a low loader taking a small tractor and a seeder away, so preparations on the pitch are way ahead. Thought I would bring you some News that didn't involve DC or the supporters club! Any mention whether there's a new supplier for the kit?
