Definitely 2 points lost rather than 1 gained. An even bigger night on Tuesday now.

So we start scoring goals but also start conceding them. Improving up front whilst remaining reasonably solid at the back was obviously too much to ask as a Rovers fan.

Probably still a very decent striker but any club would be mad to sign him with the problems that surround him. Yes he may get you 10 goals before the season finishes but chances are, you will also lose lots of fans and potentially sponsors along the way.

Potentially a tough game but with the arrival of the 2 new signings hopefully giving the whole squad a lift, I think we can sneak it by a goal.

Millwall boss denies Bristol Rovers link with striker
Ian Holloway has dismissed reports striker Jermaine Easter is close to leaving Millwall. The 32-year-old is a target of Bristol Rovers, Crawley Town and Notts County but Holloway, who gave Easter a new contract in the summer, insists the striker remains central to his plans. “He could have gone out on loan and I’ve not let him go out on loan,” Holloway said. “He’s scored two in the last two reserve games so he’s back in the fold. “I’ve had a look at some of the young kids. “Jermaine’s outplayed them in the last two weeks so he’s coming back in. “I told him: ‘You’re one of the ones out of contract at the end of the season, get your agent busy because everybody needs to have a job in the summer and he’s responded by showing me that he scored two goals in the last two games. “We’ve had scouts at the last two games and they all wanted him. “Bristol Rovers were one of them, so was Notts County. “I like what he’s doing so he’s back in the fold. “Whether he starts, whether he’s on the bench, or whether he’s just travelling with the squad he’s earned the right to be there.” ..Bristol Rovers manager Darrell Clarke this week told BBC Radio Bristol “(Easter’s) a Cardiff boy and is wanting to get home”, but Holloway is adamant that’s far from the case. “Jermaine Easter’s good friends with their manager, and they saw each other and had a meal the other week because they are friends,” he said. “They’ve put two and two together and got 186.” www.newsshopper.co.uk/sport/11615144._/

Can't say I know much about him at all but I will give him a chance and judge him on how he performs for Rovers and not what I read about him online. Welcome aboard Bradley!

Just saying....It's alleged he wanted to move closer to home (Cardiff) but the daily rag (mirror) has said he has signed for the creepy crawlies so either Easters compass bearings are shot to bits........or as I would expect.....it's a load of tosh.. I think you may need to take a closer look billygas. The Daily Mirror are claiming he had rejected Crawley in favour of a move to us...

With White leaving, I am more confident he will sign. Same here. I was sceptical before but a bit more confident with the White news.

I thought he may be the one to leave on loan when we got a new striker in but I never expected him to leave permanently. Good luck to him and hopefully this means our incoming striker is iminent.

Offical overall attendance - 5848. Official away attendance - 287. Thank you everyone for taking part. The closest to the offical overall attenadnce figure of 5848 was Gringo with a guess of 5891. Offically outside of the deadline for entries but I will let it slide! Well done! Parrot was the runner up with a guess of 5684. billygas was the closest to the away figure of 287 being only 10 out with a guess of 288. Well done! Staffordshire Gas was not too much further behind with a guess 327.

Mildenhall - 6 - Distrubution seemed a bit quicker and more accurate than normal. Couldn't do anything about the goal. Lockyer - 5 - Defends well but really lacks going forward. Poor distribution. McChrystal - 6 - Solid but unspectacular Parkes - 5 - Similar to McChrystal but lost his man at the corner for the goal. Brown - 6 - Can't remember him doing anything wrong. Della Verde - 8 - Kept beating his man with nice bits of skill and getting good crosses on. Tracked back too. Mansell - 5 - Tried to keep the play going but Kidderminster seemed to have control of midfield. Sinclair - 5 - As above. Wasn't as effective when moved out wide either. Martin - 5 - Got himself in good positions but crossing again let him down. Brunt - 6 - Battled well but lacked that killer instinct. White - 5 - Some nice touches around the opposition area but largely ineffective.
Clarke - 4 - Looked less solid with him in the middle. Taylor - 6 - Got in some good positions and took one of his chances this time. Harrison - 5 - Did what he could with long balls up to him.
DC - 5 - Agreed with his line up. Not sure about the subs or timings. Ref - 5 - Most of the decisions right but we should of had a penalty early on. Kidderminster - 7 - A big strong side that played to their strengths.
