Bit more optimistic this month.
Wycombe Away - Draw Tranmere Away - Win Blackpool Home - Draw Sunderland Away - Lose Shrewsbury Home - Win
8 points from a possible 15. (Most important being the home win we so sorely need.

After the Nichols rumours in the Bristol Post earlier in the week, and Reilly's return from loan, makes me wonder if Garner made his decision on their fates when he made that substitution, both of them could very well of gone into the game not knowing their futures at the club, and that substitution to me appears to have been a rather clear message.
However I might be reading too much into it, there wasn't much else excitement to think about during the game!

Wasn't it only a few months ago he was complaining to the press how the fans not getting behind certain players has an affect on the rest of the squad.

Hopefully the style of play is not a reflection of Ben's management, otherwise we will be in for a long second half of the season. Seemed to totally lose the mentality from the Peterborough game.

Great style of play from the boys, very exciting, I can't remember a time we passed the ball back to the keeper when there was space to go forward. Hopefully the new manager doesn't take the style back to what it's been over the last 12 months.

We have returned to our highest scoring season since returning to League one. 28 points from 17 games (if we'd played Bury it would be 18). 18/19 18 games = 17 points 17/18 18 games = 21 points 16/17 18 games = 27 points
This season was our highest scoring season right up until our 11th game then there was a dip in points in comparison to 16/17 season for a 5 game run.
Plus we are still in two cups!

Not confident about tonight, really hope I'm wrong.
GC interview suggests those returning from injury won't play, so no JCH, THD, Ollie Clarke, Tom Davies. 3G pitch surely also means no sliding tackles, unless the players want to rip their legs to apart, and it also suggests different shoes. Whenever I've played on 3G I've worn specific "Astro turf" trainers which are just flat on the bottom (no studs). Then there will be all the little black bits filling all the players shoes!!
Also assume Anssi will not be back yet or just returned, which isn't a bad thing as think "shot stopper" (Van Stappershoef) is just as capable, but it does limit our options further.
