And the average Rovers attendance over say the last ten years is ......? Past 10 years for Rovers 7010. The 10 years prior to Brighton moving was 6456. In their first season in the new stadium they averaged over 20k and averaged 27996 last season. Brighton since their move have not averaged less than 20k. Reading averaged 6590 prior to their move and last season averaged 17500. But there’s only one team in Brighton .... apologies.

I like the look of Colchester stadium cost around 14 million to construct and has capacity of just over 10 thousand. We don't need a stadium that will be half empty just like MK Dons currently have. Wael should consider that. MK Dons are never going to fill their stadium. Their capacity is 30500 and it would take over 13% of the population of MK to fill it. Colchester have a nice stadium of 10k but are catering for a population far less than half that of Bristol and 10k is less than our current capacity. I think Brighton is a better comparison they were averaging 5-6k before they moved and since have not averaged less than 20k. For our initial needs I believe we need a stadium of 20k. Build it and the fans will come. And the average Rovers attendance over say the last ten years is ......?

Failing to pay one person (without explanation) will inevitably lead to speculation that you can’t pay other people.

Avoided an embarrassing defeat by a non league side in the second round.

Plenty of interest in the Black Arab top.
Still a few days left to made a bid for that and the Gary Mabbutt signed Xmas card. (win the bid for the card and you would be the only person in the world to have one!) Mean with his cards is he?

What are "working classes"? Are they the ones that put ice in my G and T down at the Golf Course? Have a word with Karl Marx Now there WAS a man who liked a few drinks in Soho. Engels used to have to carry him home. Probably a Millwall fan though.

Not to mention the fact that there are no full stops or capital letters, tut. I won't even get started on the rubbish content! Surely this OP does not meet the minimum punctual, grammatical or spelling standards of Gaschat? Over to you mods! #wishthisthreadwoulddie look's all right too me Punctual? Did it arrive late? Or did you intend to refer to punctuation? If you're being pedantic, it's important to be correct in all honesty.

I'm sure this family COULD put real money in if they wanted to, but there aren't any signs they want to. What? Have you read the article? Which one? The job advert? 📑

My ex wife was one for starting rumours. She didn't care who she upset. She would start a rumour and sit back all pleased with herself. After a while it had been passed on to enough people that someone would then pass it on to her. Then she would carry on passing it round but this time stating it as fact and using the person that had told her as her safety net. Evil witch. The thing is, I think some of the rumours being spread on here are falling into the same pattern. You aren't my ex wife, are you? No, but I am. Beware the Newbie!

9000 on one side??
Just what sort of total target capacity are people expecting? Surely 15000-20000 is ample, let alone affordable?

I think wees will improve as this season goes on and think we'll even push fur the play offs. Whether we get there i aint so sure but i think we've got a lot to look forward to and the season will go to the final games attempting to go up. So there. My wees have improved after a visit to the doctor.

Mid table safety in League One is not a bad place to be for this club at this time - little money, modest ground, two recent promotions. A period of consolidation is nothing to worry about. Shrewsbury's start in their circumstances is fantastic.
