If you are referring to previous posts by me, I said at the time that it was all over the Oxford forum that they thought he might be on his way to them, and I posed the question would we sell him to help fund the court case. No bid was ever made, but I did then confirm that I was told by someone in the club who would know that he was on his way to Hearts in the summer. As for saying he has already been sold to Hearts, I'm afraid you are talking cr*p sir. He is out of contract in the summer so will not realise a fee. However, in light of our change in circumstances I wonder whether he might have a change of 'heart(s)' himself. I am told he has signed a precontract with Hearts, but don't know how legally binding that is. Over to you lawyers out there. All I'm saying is ...... I'm assuming that if a bid came in it had to be before deadline day. Therefore - Surely if he had signed a pre contract deal no club would make an offer as they would already know he wasn't available? As for ITK - surely you have to accept that what you are told doesn't always make it 100% true and why was it Oxford fans knew before we did ? I think the recent takeover highlighted the fact that those fed info by the 'club' didn't mean it was true - take Jon the Stripe for example would he had written his 'concerned thread' about his concerns of what was happening at the club if he actually knew what really was going to happen as I'm sure you will struggle to find much reason for concern with the current encumbrances ? I thought Jon was more concerned that the club wouldn't agree to a takeover.

Why? People should be entitled discuss this matter and other matters related to the club that is what the forum is for. No, that's what the other forum is for. So what is this forum for?

The other forum claims Gary Mabbutt was leading the consortium, if so, I can't imagine they'd ever compete financially with the Jordanians? Gawd, if that was true, I wish I knew more.............................. A number of people did know but refrained from posting due to a certain bully roaming this forum.

Pays about 13/2 today. Thoughts? My thoughts are that I've never seen a poor bookmaker.

Oxford fan here. Thought you had a good setup to stop is playing and kept Roofe quiet all game. Yes you are a niggly team and not as technically gifted as us but you worked hard and defended well. I was sat literally right next to the penatly decision and our keeper won the ball cleanly but the Ref was absolutely diabolical (for both teams) that I'm not surprised he gave it. Tiredness also played a part as our energetic and dynamic midfield weren't playing to their high standards and we tried too often to walk it into the net Congrats on the 3 points, but as mentioned on our forum I'd be bored to death watching your team every week Why so bitter?

AND Gaffney got pulled off after 75 minutes in the Cambridge game. Wow, they were really pleased to have him back. Hope it was in the privacy of the changing room.

A lot of "supporters" follow their teams from the comfort of their couch, and they bring their kids up the same way, and so the cycle goes on. When I was teaching we used to have a mufty day and a lot of kids wore arsenal and Chelsea shirts but some wore Man utd and Newcastle shirts, though none of them could tell me where either Manchester or Newcastle were, some got it mixed up with Newcastle under Lyme Shouldn't you blame that on the standard of the teaching?

Well said tbone, I may not agree with everything you say but I will defend your right to say it. Cheers. Life is all about opinions. Just because mine differs. It doesnt make me a wind up merchant. I really am a lovely bloke. Lovely bloke, as you say all about opinions! You do actually know me, Cadbury's Keynsham show houses! So I can vouch that you are a decent bloke.

Ok I've literally signed up only to say this. Tbonegas why the webmasters tolerate you I have no idea. Is it about attention or something? Even if you believed what you say you wouldn't continue to post it over and over unless it was. You need to sort yourself out mate have a word. Thats nice. Signing up to the forum just to have a word with me. Not sure who the webmasters are, but as I only ever state my opinion, and am never offensive, I really dont contravene any forum rules. If you dont like what I post. Dont read it. It really is simple. Now enjoy your festive break. Well said tbone, I may not agree with everything you say but I will defend your right to say it.

Whoa whoa whoa. Corners are still a massive problem. Valid point, but free kicks are much better Set pieces are good as long as they don't involve us heading the ball!

Someone lost the ball by dawdling on it over the far side of the pitch and their player was through on goal before Parkes made a last ditch tackle. Was it J Clarke or Lockyer who lost it? It was I, Spartacus.

By far the worst team to visit the Mem this season. I think the worst team to visit the Mem was Rovers against Newport! Just saying.
