If you look at the for and against goals against other teams in the division we are not too bad scoring obviously could be better but it's the amount of goals we concede that is a bigger problem and that needs to be addressed first

When DC took over he was dropped I the sh** but he managed to get us back to back promotions from the lower leagues and this is where is expertise and knowledge lies, but I am sure he does not have the knowledge and experience to take us any further So thank you DC for that but it is now time for us to move forward with a more experienced manager at the helm, DC,s best bet for the future would be to step up to a championship club as a number 2 and get the experience that way

If DC were to ever leave us, I would move heaven and earth to bring John Coleman from Accrington. What that bloke has achieved is nothing short of miraculous. DC bangs on about how his teams have to constantly over achieve because of the budget, I wonder how Coleman manages his success. Accrington are one of only a handful of clubs that have a worse stadium than us, and their crowds are truly woeful, pathetic when compared to ours. I can only surmise that Coleman would be able to at least match DC's achievements if he was our manager. Perhaps even better them when you consider he has taken his team up, probably as Champions. Why are we looking for a manager from lower leagues we ought to be looking for one with at least championship experience

An internal appointment would be a disaster because it would be the same all over again we need someone from at least championship experience and to bring a change in ways to the club Any idea how much a Manager with Championship experience would cost us? Guess it doesn't matter to you as long as DC goes. Not as much as it will cost us to stay in this division

How about advertise the post, see who applies, shortlist and interview rather then limit ourselves to CH (failed elsewhere), MS (doesn’t inspire) or LM (never even coached a first team) Lets be proffessional about it agree to an extent, but if/when DC goes we have to be smart about who we appoint. We don't want to hire someone who is going to rip up or ignore the foundations that DC and the club are putting in place, be that attitude, work ethic or the development squad and an internal appointment might be the right one An internal appointment would be a disaster because it would be the same all over again we need someone from at least championship experience and to bring a change in ways to the club

To be honest, it doesn't really matter. The PA is crap and you can't hear anything in the Thatchers end. I would rather just have everyone around the ground singing, improve the atmosphere in other parts of the ground and that's what's going to get the players pumped. You are right there mate

Said before and I will say it again. DC as run out of ideas he is not good enough to lead us out of this division Didnt notice you posting this last week after we more than matched a Blackburn side on the verge of automatic promotion. Let's pretend this is true who are you suggesting could take us up given the same resources that DC is working with ? You did not look hard enough because I did post and was positive in it

Said before and I will say it again. DC as run out of ideas he is not good enough to lead us out of this division You sound like me from a while ago. Leave it out man DC is God. In DC we trust. He's looking for excuses in the past when we have lost or played Badley he has said that he takes full responsibility but now he has changed and is blaming the players

Nice video and thanks for joining us , we don't have the best ground but you can still stand at ours and we generate a great atmosphere
Good luck with your 92 crusade and if you go to trash ton gate watch your backside they are all inbreds down there
By the way do you always go in the home areas for your games or do you mix and match
