The main attraction was the ambition of the chairman. That grinds!! It wasn't though, was it? If he'd stood there saying it was all about moving closer to home, he'd look a tit. Very true , was going to post the same

Not me , me and few mates that haven’t attended much this season will be there on Saturday , glad to see the back of him. Never took to the bloke and his style of football. Like I mentioned in another post, whilst you can’t knock the results , the football is up there with the worst I’ve seen and we also rode our luck in Many games , luck eventually runs out. Can’t wait for Saturday UTG !!!!!

Dax Price has today been found guilty of two counts of paying and facilitating a bribe at Southwark Crown Court. Prices partner Giuseppe Pagliara had already been found guilty on two counts of paying and facilitating a bribe and was warned by the judge that he is facing a lengthy sentence. Apparently they had been recorded covertly talking about various elements of corruption. Others must be wetting themselves over involving themselves with this guy. Just as an aside, Dax is the nice guy that gashead1981 spoke to in Waels box when we played Gillingham. I think he needs to improve his people skills. And this is relevant why ? I wouldn’t be posting things like this if I were you

How the hell do you know he has been offered more money? Ummm, because they have one of the biggest budgets in league 2 and have done since 2016. they have players like Otis Khan, Craig Davies, Alex mcdonald, Neal Bishop, RYAN SWEENEY - all of these players will be on a pretty penny. They are ambitious and expect to see them challenging very soon Still guessing though aren’t you , do you have proof ?

Can honestly say that I’m not bothered in the slightest. I was , I must admit beginning to tolerate his style of football due to the fact he was getting results , with a lot of luck along the way. His whole demeanour has never sat well with me and I think he comes across as an extremely irritating and unlike able guy ( only my opinion ). I do however hope that he hasn’t had any family issues and that everything that end is all ok , as , let’s be real here , family is the most important thing in the world. If he has left to be closer to his family , I will not judge him as I work away a lot at times and I know how homesick I tend to get, but that’s part and parcel of being a grown man / woman working in a profession where that’s warranted. But the way in which he’s gone about all of this stinks and makes me think I was right in how he conducts himself , Thanks for your efforts GC and good luck for the future but I shan’t lose any sleep over his departure.

It's just bizarre. After the game on Saturday he was fist pumping and encouraging the fans like we had just won the league, then half an hour or so later he comes out with his comments in the interview. I still think he was emotional and perhaps didn't mean to say anything like he did at that time - we've all done it, hearing ourselves saying something we regret. He clearly has some family issues that perhaps only a move nearer home will resolve, but after Rovers gave him his first chance at management, they way he conducted himself on Saturday evening - whether he meant to say those things or not - leaves a bitter taste, and will surely be a warning to other clubs that might have thought about giving him a job when he next needs one. I remember completely losing my sh** at work once. Well, in truth the first I was aware of it was when I realized I was stood over my Directors desk yelling and pointing my finger in his face. Evidently I'd nearly took his door off its hinges and he was in the middle of an important meeting. I suddenly came to my senses and thought "oh jesus, what have I done?" Everyone makes mistakes in the heat of the moment. I’ve done the very same , when you eventually calm down and reality clicks back in , you think to yourself ...... oh f@@k !!! What have I just done 😂

The truth is, nobody on this forum knows what exchange occurred between the two. What is fact, is that GC took CL out of the team, we surged to safety with top 6 form and currently sit 4th in the table well and truly in the promotion race. For my money, Graham made an excellent call. Anyone with an ounce of intelligence would agreed with this. That said, this is a Bristol rovers forum and blinkers need surgically removing Yeah , what’s linsey ever done for the gas eh ?? You absolute toilet !!

What is wrong with you people? Here you are talking about a replacement for a down to earth man who says it how it is when he is not even gone . You disgust me. After supporting this great club since 1952, I find your attitude appalling. When are you going to realise that the people who bought this great club five years ago are a bunch of chancers who are not interested in us or the club, but how much money they can make from selling the club. Next week, are you prepared to demonstrate in front of the directors box to tell them what we really think of them. A decent man is about to walk away. Are you prepared to do something about this or are you just going to carry on moaning? It’s time to put up or shut up. So , who do you want next as manager ? 😉

May not be anything to do with the football club ? He may have issues at home , which , by the way , is 100% more important than anything else. Before reaching for the pitchforks let’s see what happens and is said by both parties.

If we start in the same fashion as we did against Southend then Ipswich will be out of sight by half time and we will be on the end of an absolute battering , if we can just keep it tight and not make any silly mistakes I think then , we might just surprise them ! Good luck boys , UTG !!!!! Mind you, we thought we were done for in the Southend game. I totally agree , but southend missed a lot of chances to add to the 2 goals they scored , I can’t see Ipswich being as wasteful.
