Are we just ignoring the fact Blackburn were denied a blatant pen (and probable red card) before we scored? Where were you in Bristol sports land Muppet

I would keep the same team - possibly replacing Smith with Slocombe as I think he commands the defence better. Agree with Smith comment, long loopy crosses into th 6 yard box should be taken by the keeper, clearing out all those in front of him. Should have claimed the ball for their winner today. There was no challenge to stop the cross either defending from the all team not good enough.

DC pretty livid, sloppy defending after we went one up . . . "got to do better"

Sadly,DC doesn't have many options as we have a wafer thin squad and what we have lacks sufficient physicality to compete.Think we'll win next Sat but after the Wimbledon display not sure if we'll be down. Gaffers plays on the wing and not down the middle. What's all that about?

Anybody think their No 9 should have been set off for that forearm smash into the Beard ?
How the ref didn't see that is beyond me...
Thought we played well as a team today with Parts in midfield way better than Lines in the DMF role
Ellis was awesome today
Bodin Not fit yet and struggled after that heavy tackle on him
Brown was rubbish again in defence

The disallowed goal is f ing ridiculous Ellis is still protecting himself from the oclarke header(don't know why as it was going 10 yards wide)and not even looking where the ball is ffs.
Its a game changer and cost us points.Encouraging performance and some very nice football in the build up to the non goal so some positives to take into the next game.

A few positives.....
- Partington played well in front of the back four - We are a much better team with Bodin - Ellis wasnât forced back into his own half to try and get the ball - Better midfield performance today. Maybe Lines and Sercombe both playing in the team just doesnât work?

The biggest positive from today for me is that the players are still playing for DC. We could easily have folded once we went behind but finished strongly, Nichols missed a sitter & Sercombe unlucky not to equalise. Apart from a 20 min spell after the pen we generally looked pretty solid, 1st half especially they barely created anything. Partington I think made a big difference in that respect I'd like to see him given a run there now. 2 home games to come if we can play like that we'll be fine.

We've been absolutely robbed here by some f**king ridiculous decisions! Ref who reffed at Wembley v Grimsby Clearly the money we bunged him at wembley has run out, only way we are going to win a game at the moment

To get some sort of perspective this on their forum: Wow ..how did we manage to get 3 points today??!! Played off the park we were. I thought we were really really poor. I was worried when I so the lineup. Starting 3 defensive minded midfielders and 1 upfront at home to Bristol!!! You certainly so the limitations of Nuttall today. He cannot play as a solo striker. The minute Graham came on he made an immediate impact. He won EVERY header and held the ball up exceptionally well.
Williams and Evans were awful all game. I really expected Evans to dominate in this league but he has been poor all season. Weak in the tackle, poor in possession and not influencing the game in a positive way.
Maybe the fact Bristol didnât play midweek and were fresher than us had an impact today because they were winning all the 50/50s.
One positive today....the win!

Sorry but I think thatâs a penalty đ I think it's a dubious one at best - it seems the player has already let the ball bounce away from him and just lifts his legs and dives to the floor! We're not getting any luck here
Sorry, but how is that a pen when OC wins the ball, I doubt they'll be a soft one given all season in Div 1. Not sure why DC was ranting about players switching off as that seems harsh on them from that clip.

I hope and pray our owners don't do the silly thing and sack him.....

On my way back. thought we played fairly well and not like a side that had lost its last however how many. Was good effort, there was definitely a bit if fight shown after the goal was disallowed which is just what the fans need to see. Hopefully we pick up a win or 2 before January.

Cheated out of at least a point by the officials today. Unlucky gas - I saw a lot of positives out there today, letâs have that fight and determination every week and weâll be fine this season It's no good having fight and determination if you can't defend and give away goals that easy,6th straight defeat and 9 out of 10 defeats not many managers would keep their job after that. No not many, just the good ones who are worth sticking with.
