Looking forward to the match, my first for over a month. Think it will be a difficult match, esp if Charlie Wyke is fit. Perhaps Bernard M will be our surprise, can’t imagine they will know anything about him, we don’t! They will be determined to do better than their cup match against Yeovil but if they can beat them so can we! Last year after MT went we went on an unbeaten run, February was all draws I think, perhaps we can go on another good run after losing BB.

Thought last year's 1 - 1 was a cracking game - Lumley was excellent that day. Lines scored a peach but we were perhaps lucky to come away with a 1 -1 . I'm not sure if Bradford are as good now as then - they've lost Clarke, Marshall and a defender since last season - mind you we no longer have BB. Think we can edge it though especially with Bradford struggling with both form and injuries.

In the lists of great "what ifs", I always wonder what might have happened to us if on the 9th of April 2013, we had beaten Bradford to move into the playoff slots, after being dead and buried until Ward took over in December 2012.
As it happened, we got stuffed 4-1, finished mid-table, and went down to the Conference the next season.

Is it just me panicking that we have only signed one player - lost Bodin and are 4 puts off relegation! Lose Saturday against a tough Bradford team and we could be sucked right in and this makes January all the more important! Will we end up panic buying? It’s not looking good and so far the owners are letting us down! Time will tell but my arse is starting to twitch! UTG! Just you BG, home win. Standard. |

As it happened, we got stuffed 4-1, finished mid-table, and went down to the Conference the next season. 11/12 (McGhee) and 12/13 (Ward) were two of the weirdest end of seasons. Rovers were handing out arse kickings one week and taking them the next. You never knew what to expect. |

Urgh not liking it but reckon Clarke will do this for stability as can’t see him playing Mensah straight away! He might replace Nichols after 75 mins!

We are very reliant on players “overachieving” on their natural performance levels and I get why this word keeps being used. Personally I’m very worried unless we make signings!
