You send them back to the country of departure if they arrive via plane or ferry. That is really quite simple. Yea, like they have the money to pay for a flight or a ferry pass. And where they depart from is pretty unlikely to be their home country. |

If someone rocks up via either plane or ferry and don't have the necessary paperwork (ie passport) there are sent back on the next plane/ferry to their point of embarkation. The travel firm have to carry the cost, which is why they are responsible for checking that people have the necessary documentation. |
