I did wonder if this might happen. Although far more attended on Saturday (I assume?), I imagine a lot had ordered tickets in advance. Whereas tonight I would imagine many turned up on the spur of the moment or hadn’t bothered to order in advance. Waiting for the people in the ticket office to print off the tickets on Saturday did seem to take a while, which was fine with only half a dozen in the queue, but if hundreds were trying to do this then I can imagine there would be problems. Sorry if I'm being a bit thick, but does this mean that there is no cash at the turnstile any more? If that's the case then it will decimate the casual and less frequent fan. Seems a bizarre decision without the infrastructure in place to allow a very quick ticket window system.
Also the first I'd heard of it. Seems backward and daft to make it more difficult to get in! Also stupid from the clubs perspective, people standing in queues aren't buying drinks, food, programmes, 50/50 tickets, merchandise... We've never been able to manage the collection of tickets at all ticket matches, doesn't seem we've improved the system to accommodate this!

Gert lines from ticket office on to Gloucester Road. Shambles. Been in line 20 mins only moved 1/3 closer and the line has doubled in that time. Delayed kick off or a lot of people will miss the start or even just not bother. With 15/20 mins to kick off the queue was out through the memorial gates, down Filton ave to the lights and then on to glos road just past the Methodist church. Fair play to those that persevered but will many casual fans be put off coming in future? The club can't afford to lose the casual supporters and needs to find a better way of managing pay on the day - a portacabin with just a couple of staff clearly cannot cope.

A half of 2 halves !! For 20 mins we smashed everything aimlessly at Payne then suddenly decided it might work better if we started playing the ball on our newly laid pitch. Completely different side for the last 25, Matthews looks a very clever player think he will be very decent aquisition.

Not gone tonight due to child care but that was always going to happen, sounds shambollic when we need the revenue.

We do have some quality technical players at the club, we look as good as anyone in this division when on our day, playing on the deck. There's a good team in this squad!

Good interview with Darren Way on Radio Beeb at HT, he's learnt lots in that job. One for the future perhaps?!

Well I will certainly think twice about driving 140 miles if there isn't an efficient multi window ticket system in place. Yes, of course I could order in advance, but sometimes it doesn't work like that and a decision to go is only taken on the day.

The man is an idiot who has done naff all at The village team except getting his players to get sent off quite often, I’d seriously rather take Midlands mate Pardew and that is saying something.
