It's the same bs every week perhaps this time he means a new manager will be the big change That’s not bullshit that’s one of our most successful managers in our history hurting like we all are that the team are absolutely crap at the moment and what you’ve got there is a man who is doing everything he can to put it right. I don’t agree with some of his formations and tactics this season but I quite often didn’t in our promotion seasons either, and he proved to us all ( except you and maybe one or two others who obviously don’t know a thing about our club or understand how he picked us up from the bottom and has taken us to where we are) that he got it right in the end then and trust him to get it right this season too. Here here. 👍 If we do go down then I trust him to clear out the deadwood and I believe he deserves the chance to go again. In our position as a club it is inevitable we will stagnate or go backwards as we are not improving anything off the field and increasing our budget, every season another 2/3 clubs do, we are being left behind the times (as DC says our infrastructure is 30years+ behind the times). We’re stuck and have hit our ceiling but posters like Midland are either teds on the wind up or too uneducated and out of touch to understand. |

Your keeper is quality, damned annoying when he kept getting in the way of our shots. Whilst your lads didn't perform well at all, it was nice to see a lack of dirty play and gamesmanship that i have seen a lot of sides deploy at KR. For that alone i hope you turn a corner and put some results together.

Have just caught up with the EFL show, it seems Lincoln may be L1 bound if they keep it up. We’ve won one game drawn 2 and lost every other by one goal so we’re not a million miles away from picking up some wins our defence has tightened up but we’re lacking goals due to our board selling our three best attacking players in the last three windows for very little money even though they all went to championship clubs. I remember Luton winning the league cup and having a real good go at the top flight back when I was a kid . Small club with a good history good luck for the rest of the season , except when we play you at ours. |

The opposition has also missed a shedload of chances against us, and we dont even look like scoring. As I said last week I dont know where the next win is coming from |

It's frustrating as fans when we see quality players being moved on when things aren't going great on the pitch. It is such small margins though, believe me, i hadn't ruled out a defeat for us today, even in the dying minutes! I was at that league cup win in '88, as a fresh faced 9yr old. My 11yr old lad doesn't believe me when i tell him my first game was against Man Utd, and we won. Mind you, considering i first told him when we was in the conference, struggling against Hyde, it probably was a tough one to believe. Never dull for any of us down in the lower end of the pyramid though, true supporters! |

IF our manager is saying this, how are we supposed to feel. Those halcyon days are sadly becoming a distant memory
Is DC after a pay off? I feel awful saying that, but something isn't right
Going through the motions imo. It's so unlike him to sign players who aren't up for it. Can only conclude he is forcing the board's hand or has completely lost his way. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt for now and opt for the former... |

All the new signings I wouldn’t play except bonham and Matthews,Payne is tall but that’s about all,he needs to lose weight so he can jump for the ball
I would start with Reilly and the Watford bloke v Cov at least they have pace and desire
But that won’t happen

There is no identity or spirit it seems. The likes of MM, Mildy, Parkes, Monkhouse, Brown, Ellis, Manse, Easter and Taylor all made up for any shortcomings with sprit and you could sense that those players would die for each other on the football pitch. That carried us a long way. Others have said this side reminds them of recent relegation sides and I would have to agree. |

Taylor saw an opportunity to better himself, Parkes was a good servant and Easter was a great influence on the rest. I stand by what I said. All players mentioned gave everything to the cause and in my opinion, their efforts can’t be faulted. I’m not sure the current lot care a great deal. The spirit of our promotion sides has long gone. |

Cannot recall any booing at the end. What was the crack with the yellow kit, subliminal advertising for tic tacs ?
DC is still the one for me at the moment, needs to be given more time to get the issues resolved, they may be his issues, created by him, but still needs the time to get it done, even if that means re-building the team again.
