No it isn't. DC's a passionate, hardworking guy. I imagine he's as f*cked off as we all are about the people upstairs and the shower of sh*t on the pitch. I wouldn't be surprised if he walked. Can't wait I will even pay for his taxi one way as far away from the mem as he can go

Just one possible positive to be taken from this embarrassing defeat.
The goal from Nichols. If this is the thing he needed to restore his confidence, and now starts knocking them in like the snake, we'll look back on tonight and chuckle ironically.

I still don't know if I want him to go I don't know that we could find anyone better and one day he will be great again but maybe not before we are relegated. I believe we are relegated either way so theres merit in keeping him as he knows his way out of league 2 at the right end. I wish the owners would get on with it and leave. I'm an emotional mess Midland what should I do?

The bloke scored one goal in 56, and now you think because he has scored a second he will be a changed man? Tony Craig has scored more than him this season. As for WAQ and his cronies, the sooner they leave the better.

The spoilt younger son has got bored of his train set, as I said when they first came the risk with owners like this is they have no emotional attachment to the club and because they don't live in the community they don't have to face the day to day vitriol that someone like the Dunfords or Higgs would have faced in this situation. DC seems one of the few people at Rovers who still cares about the club, pulling him out now and the whole edifice might collapse

*ing embarrassing. Bet people still clapped the team off. When will people stop accepting mediocrity. No, we had the loudest 'What a load of rubbish' and 'You're not fit to wear the shirt' I've ever heard. I have heard louder, the Graydon and Atkins years were worse and let's not forget buckle.

Saw a rumour on twitter that Payne and Smith both told the fans to f**k off after the game. May be BS but wouldn’t be surpised. Can anyone confirm this?

Can tell he’s a c*** more like Unfit (bordering overweight), in very poor form, not even putting himself about or challenging for 50/50’s. The very last thing he should be doing is staring down our own fans or giving them lip

The good win at Blackpool did not provide inspiration for any of the games since and not even Tom Nichols first goal in over a year provided a lift as we gave the game away to Barnet in similar fashion as against Scunthorpe. Keith Brookman actually said we gave - yes gave Barnet those two goals. I have never heard KB refer to a Rovers team in that manner before and it has bothered me as to what he actually meant. If the rumours are true about our owners not being interested then they will not give our plight a moments thought and maybe this has had a knock on effect to the Team and Management.

No incentive for our current team to win tonight.
A win tonight would have seen us pocket some cash to replace two or three of the team in January after the Cup run!
Why would they bother?

Why would they bother? whilst I love a good conspiracy, I'm not sure this lot were capable of winning that game whether they tried or not.

How people can justify keeping DC even if we are relegated so he can rebuild us in league two is in my opinion ridiculous. I want to watch the team in league one or above and our results since January are quite simply relegation results. As far as I am concerned DC needs to go, this is a results game and he is failing miserably. The likes of Paul Hirst are still available and I do not accept there is no one out there better than DC as some on here continually claim. DC has assembled this squad, not the owners and it is he and not the owners who has failed to get results. As far as I am concerned the owners can sell the piece of land just off the M5 and use the money to pay off DC if they claim his contract is a stumbling block in attempting to sack him. My dreams of watching us in a new stadium are long gone, however I for one would sooner watch us in league one at the tumbledown Mem and would certainly not relish another spell in league two or perish the thought, the Conference.

You need to understand that we are currently punching above our natural level. We are a league 2 club in all but name, playing at a higher level solely due to the fact that we have a quality manager who has consistently got the best from what he has. This is a watershed moment. He is under pressure and needs and deserves our support.
