I do fear for DC now ~ first time I've ever though that The snake only resigned for us after the club agreed to the low buy out figure in his contract. No doubt Bodin did the same, & the Ellis offer was too good to turn down !!! Free transfers aren't free, signing on fees etc We waited all summer for Telford (why would he come back after DC not playing him ?) then panic bought 2 strikers because all the forums were in melt down !!! |

I think another will need to be sent off - and quickly- if we are to win this game. If we were to win because of the sending off (unlikely) then we'd just be plastering over the rot and delaying the inevitable. We might as well be bitten on the rear by reality while we've still got time to do something about it. I'm at a loss now as to what 'something' might be, though. It's not as if we're awash with options  |

How the f**k can Lockyer be an international??? When you play with better players, it raises your game, gives you confidence, support and they make room and space and themselves available to receive passes etc. When you play with cr4p that give you no options or support, then you look as bad as those around you. |

I am not going to keep backing up D.C . However: he did build up a 'good side' with Bodin Brown Taylor Harrison and this board sold all our best players. Very very difficult for a lower tier side to sale one striker after another. Why have the Gills still got Eaves or Rochdale Henderson ?. Its 30 % D.C and 70 % the board / backers to blame I.M.O. Managers contracts rarely paid up as lump sum...usually keep paying wages until the sacked manager gets new job. |
