Stuart - I've been to Egypt many times, Sudan, Yemen and Gaza (to name some) and to be perfectly honest, they really are shitholes. They may well be and you have been there. Has Jaggas? If he has and speaks from experience then fair enough, if not then he is being disingenuous. Precisely

I have been to Egypt (Cairo) and it was a shithole...........That was about 15 years ago when it was relatively safe for foreigners to visit.Would be difficult to travel there now (Cairo) as the British Government advise against it maybe the British government are being disingenuous....Never done Sharm el Sheikh but know plenty of friends that have they say it is beautiful apart from when you leave the hotels where it is a shithole apart from the private beaches where the locals are kept away.

A bit of one country that happens to be the capital that the foreign office still say is unsafe...Why is it unsafe Stuart? which religious ideology made one of the most popular tourist destinations on earth a no go area and made its own citizens particularly women afraid?

I'm not sure women being afraid is uniquely Islamic. There are many areas of the world including our own where it isn't safe. I deliberately omitted your previous comments about Islam to avoid going off on a tangent and yet you brought it up without prompting. And you still didn't answer my questions, both above and those previously. I don't have any issues with people disliking religion but I don't understand your anger. Have you experienced anything in particular? I am genuinely interested.

Yes, I would also like to know if all this hatred is based upon some personal experience. Would it matter? No, not really. But at least we could shoot at his evidence. Of which, of course, there is none.

The English language is wonderful in that it is constantly evolving. If it is a made up word then after use it becomes real, just like the word Brexit (itself a portmanteau word). As for the general meaning, what is it you fear?

It's not irrational to fear Islam it's perfectly rational hence it's not a phobia and the buzzword is a BS word made up to help the spread of radical Islam.

There is a difference between Islam and Radical Islam and on the latter I would agree. All we are asking for is why you are fearful of Islam as a whole.

Islam does not stand up to rational debate. Akin to all religions, in reality. The trouble with the attitude of Jaggas, is that it lays us, the ones who know and would willingly destroy religion, open to the charge of stupidity. Which he does, in spades.

The radicals are always the minority but they force the agenda...Do the majority of moderate Muslims in countries like Iran and Saudi dictate to the radicals?? Of course they don't as the peaceful Muslims are irrelevant.
