oh am.I the only one that don't want him then, I thought there was more on here that don't want him here,I must be mistaken I'm sure there are, but you don't get to speak for everyone. And, it's also a bit rich telling someone to f**k off when they're dropping, what c.£1.3M p.a. on us. Not sure where we're gonna get that from. Maybe all the people who agree with you can club together. To be fair, was there not a poll on here not so long ago where the vast majority wanted the current owners gone? Let’s see how much of their money they pump in when the debt ceiling (against our only asset) is reached. It’s a complete mess now, just wait for the summer when they make 7 figure cuts. Wael came to the club with his family’s backing and ambitious plans. Now that’s gone, he needs to stop clinging on to his toy, or we will never get anywhere. |

I speak for me and me alone , still dont agree with DC going , still think he would of kept us up , but I could of swallowed relegation with him in charge as he would of had a great chance of getting us back up as he’s already proved he can do it , GC was the cheap option , our best players have been offloaded, replaced with utter sh**e , no stadium, no training ground , no new players in through the door even though we’ve been crying out for at least a striker or two or bloody season , why does our h.o.r actually Dam do ? Before anyone comes back with the old ‘dc signed these players bollox ‘ I’m sure these weren’t his first second or even third choice players ! I am convinced that these owners no longer give a flying f**k about investing any further funds into the club ( only what they have to , to keep us afloat , which by the way isn’t something to be grateful for as if they carried out their due diligence checks correctly this would of not been a surprise to them ) we had a HUGE opportunity to progress but this is going to go the way of the trolls era and we will end up back in league two where we will continue to struggle, attendances will drop and it will go back to the days of the faithful 5,000. We are a joke and we will continue to be until we get someone in at board level with a bit of drive and ambition, so al qadis , from me , please f**k off !!!! Apologies if I’ve offended anyone , I’m a tad annoyed.

I'm going to ignore your imaginary statement and opinion with this imaginary one given they are just as worthwhile. I don't see why that's not a worthwhile statement, istm, you can't just claim to be more ambitious just coz you're demanding more money, surely? I'm not going to enter in to some fatuous drawn out war of words with the great Antonio. You suggested to a fan demanding better that because he can't personally afford to buy the club he should pipe down. I support his view and believe fans should be putting pressure on the board to sell because I want better than this. You're happy with it. Enjoy it. |

Wycombe were terrible.
Our performance says a lot about our quality.
Prepare for league two because Coughlan doesn’t seem to think improving our attacking ability is necessary and that Nichols and Payne are talented players. He spent too much time around zombie Darrell.
James Clarke played well today. No one else stood out in the slightest

The fact that GC has declared himself happy with the budget and facilities available to him shows exactly why he’s been appointed. Nothing against him, he’s a passionate and honest bloke by the looks of things. But any new manager would have probably challenged the boars for more money and better facilities and this Board do not want that. We already know we have a mid table budget so why wouldn't he be happy with the budget? Its not coughlan or the owners fault that we recruited players who just are not good enough. |

I'm amazed there are people still sticking up for them tbh. It seems like the ONLY thing this lot still have going for them is that they are servicing the debt (that they ran up hiring useless ancillary staff like the HoR who adds no value). It seems to be a strange kind of purgatory that we are expected to be grateful for while the club's long term future looks bleak unless there is some kind of miracle of a change at the top. |

Looking at swindon’s Forum and quite a few saying Broadbent looks their best defender and great signing and the opposite on here for craig and locks...
What this squad needs is the impossible now as it’s needing too much of a restructure as what dc and ms has left us with is a lot of league 2 mid to low table standard vertically challenged players
In reality we need shot of Nichols/payne/Craig/Bennett/Smith/upson/Mathews/Lockyer/partington and replace them with quality proven players

IMO, That was as fad as I have seen all season, against a very average team.
If we continue to play like that, then I don't think bringing in a striker or two will help at all, unless they are 7' tall & can run like the wind. Horrible game, reminds me of many in our dark days in L2

I came over from Cardiff to watch that sh**e and to be honest if we don’t sign anyone in the next 10 days I won’t be bothering again this season.
I can’t justify the hassle and the money, if the Dam fake sheiks don’t get their wallets out and sort out this Dam shambles why should I bother?
Sorry guys & gals I’m really watered off with it all at the moment, Scunthorpe- how many signings have they already made in January, which will no doubt keep them up. We have multi millionaire owners and we don’t have a pot to water in! We can’t sign anyone, great! See you in league 2 Salford. They obviously don’t give a flying f**k so it’s about time they did one! UTG.

It's not often I contribute to the forum, but after today's utter shamble, and a season ticket holder I feel I'm entitled to have my say.
Let's be honest that today was shocking, downs league football, we never won any 50/50 challenges, we could not pass, we could have played another 45 mins and still not created a shot on goal, I'd be happy if I never see Payne put on the shirt again, we have Zero threat up front, a total gutless performance, a non league display, with this squad we would never get out of non league.
I don't know what the answer is but it's clear we are not good enough all over the park, if we do not sign at least three players we WILL be go down , will I renew my season ticket , yes I will but today there can be no excuse that was a joke of a performance.

I'm not sure I will bother again this season - standing in the cold in a sh**e stadium watching sh**e performances, with mute owners and no prospect of improvement doesn't really appeal. I left after 80 minutes as it was obvious we were getting nothing from the game. Today was awful but having seen how GC set up for the last home game I was already concerned. Seeing the team sheet at 2pm with two holding midfielders in a must win home game the writing was on the wall. I think GC will take us down without a doubt. With DC I think we would have stood a good chance of staying up. If we are relegated and retain GC I don't think we would bounce straight back but I definitely think we would have with DC. I've not heard any rumours about Sercombe but we might as well let him go if GC is only planning on playing defensive midfielders each week. Worrying that there seem no credible rumours about incoming signings and I wouldn't be surprised if we don't get anyone unless it's a desperate last minute grab a teenager from the championship who has never been scouted. |
