Can’t be many genuine scrabble players on here as surely everyone knows there’s only one Z in the bag 🙄.

Despite the lack of rules, that was pretty good Scrabble tonight....
So for Saturday evening on the match thread would you like to see:
Rovers cluedo (it was Phil kite in the tunnel with his bare hands) Rovers monopoly (I'm steering clear of a discription for this) Rovers Snakes and lifts (this one too) Or possibly noughts and crosses where we guess how many goals we might score from a corner....

Come on Henbury, not sure that comment is really appropriate. Sophie is very well respected and doing a great job not only in the academy but also the community department. She deserves more respect than that

Just to note :- "Oct 26, 2015 13:29:28 GMT brittsy said: He looks a terrible player to me, completely lightweight, ineffective and cant understand why DC took a risk on him when he could have signed Dawson who in my opinion is a far better player" Cristian Montaño is and was a great player for us.....

Parts was good - mobile, passed the ball well and tried to support Rodman as much as possible.. Benno - as he has been all season. Nice on the ball but no end product - wouldn't play him on the left cos you always know he's going to cut inside. I agree - I thought Parts did really well. Love Bennet but he had so much ball off of THD as they worked well down the line in the 2nd half but he was so frustrating as no end product. I would have loved him to prove to GC he was worth a shout for the starting line up v Peterborough by driving into the penalty area every time he got the ball not dance all around it going nowhere. With his quick feet Port Vales defenders wouldn't dare touch him but instead he made it easy for them by either getting caught offside and running into blind alleys. Agreed. He was the one disappointment of the evening, for me. He reminds me of Charlie Colkett. Arrives at the club with a bag of tricks, and all the skills, and slowly fades away into an irrelevance.

Montano was a decent player, I think it’s fair to say that when I posted that he was as described. He was one of a few players(including Bodin) who really came alive the 2nd half of the season and contributed to our promotion season.

Monty has been very injury prone since coming to Vale.Incidentally they have loaned striker Mark Harris from Cardiff for the rest of the season.

Vale fans on local phone in are in despair and seem likely to appoint John Askey as manager who was at Macclesfield for many years but had a disastrous tenure at Shrewsbury.Thought DC might have suited the challenge to avoid the dreaded drop.
