A point, and hard to argue with result. They had us against the ropes for majority of the second half.

I cant see the point in Victor Adeboyejo being here if he is not going to play. May as well have someone like Deon Moore on the bench. So you were advocating adeboyejo and smith as the front 2?

I - & many others on the east, yes east terrace - could see that Little looked uncomfortable after his first challenge. Either he walks a bit odd or the bench were oblivious

I feel out of step with many posters on here. I though we were on top in the 1st half but the football was the football of attrition,of grinding down your opponents. In the 2nd half we were just bloody awful. Painful to watch again for me but obviously not for others.

It's the third tier pal. I think a few need a reality check regarding expectations. The really poor attendance illustrates just how flakey some of our 'supporters' are.

That was boring! Hoof! Aimless cross field ball! Hoof! We didn’t deserve to be one up and then mark little threw it away and looked god awful! Both teams deserved a point as they were both crap!

I get so fed up reading about how crap Ollie Clarke is cos he isn't. I had a guy behind me moaning about him all the time he was on the pitch. But look at a lot of the time he gives the ball away. He's given an impossible pass from a team mate and then expected to work wonders with no onward pass cos everyone just stands there watching instead of making space for him. He holds onto the ball for as long as possible and then ends up losing it. Sometimes he has to pass into no mans land rather than give the ball away directly. And every time people start screaming about how crap he is. How about moaning at the rest of the team for not helping out. When he went off we completely lost hold of the midfield. Sercombe was ok for 5 mins and then was a waste of space. I didn't see him mark anyone. The only think he marked was open space. When Gillingham realised the midfield had weakened they started coming at us and gained confidence. Serconme is not the battler that Ollie is.

Difference was even a bang average side like Gillingham had a midfield that were comfortable on the ball, could pass, move and receive it back again. We have no one who can put their foot on it, so are forced to resort to aimless hoofball and when JCH has an off night we struggle.

Things I learnt tonight ... 1. Our keeper is a good shot stopper but continually pushes the ball out straight instead of away from danger. 2. Our defensive three are very decent. 3. Leahy ... not for me ! Sorry but he is a weak link. 4. Midfield is getting better but our Captain is the weakest link. 5. JCH not match fit yet ... Victor doesn’t make the most of his opportunity, Tyler a good foil for JCH. 6. Mark Little not back to full fitness yet .. please God Josh isn’t too badly injured. 7. Sercombe is very lightweight and adds little. Two points dropped at home again and the game was pretty poor, once again the away side pretty much controlled the second half.... Game was there for the taking but we aren’t quite good enough to take it... Great synopsis, hard to disagree and that is why the gate was less than 6400 tonight. It is easy to see why we have lossed 3500 supporters on the gate. 7 men in defence yet BRFC still give away soft goals when not picking up from crosses which them-self should have been prevented from coming in across the box. I thought Tyler played well tonight, took his goal well and then GC substituted him for the hapless Victor, really.

Im sorry, but us losing 3500 off our gate from the past few years is not down to our start or style...Both in all honestly are , ok. Us losing 3k plus off our gates goes much deeper than on the field issues. I was totally shocked at how low the att was again tonight.

Shame as I think he would be good for us if he could stay fit. Definitely not like for like with Hare, who was a really good outlet on the right and has a great cross in him. Hope it’s not as bad as is looked for him.

When you’re 2 points off of the top 6 at any point of the season, what difference does it make how you achieve consistent wins & draws most weeks? I believe some are too drunk on Man City live matches and Sky sports analysis.

A considerable number just seem to come out the woodwork when things are looking rosy or a big club comes to town. Well done to the 6k who remain loyal.

Erm, our record is: 12th, W3, D3, L3- you can't get much more bang average than that! Not that I'm complaining though, not being in the relegation zone has confounded my expectations. Tonight and the Accrington game proved that we will struggle to do any better than mid-table this season. We just don't have the ability to capitalise when we are on top.

Two points dropped for the second consecutive home game.
Was a poor performance to my mind. There wasn't much noteworthy in the first half, but Tyler took his chance very well.
We dominated the second half until the last ten minutes, but, without looking particularly like scoring, the style of football is very slow and unattractive. My son said he enjoyed the drive home more than the game!
Little had an absolute shocker when he came on, for the goal the guy was unmarked behind him for an age and he never looked; that goal was totally avoidable with just the awareness to look around him, there would have been plenty of time to call on the three centre backs to shift over and pick everyone up.
Not sure the league position is as great as some are making out, most teams have played less than us due to the bury fiasco and some cancellations for internationals, take a look at the games played column; anyway I'm not sure whether 12th counts as top or bottom half in a league of 23!

Got outplayed mostly, our possession retention was shambles, we had a few bottling challenges (leahy) thought we were poor tonight. Best player for me was sercombe and he only played 30 mins. We just give the ball away so cheaply.
