A few more weeks of caution then I reckon things will be looking good for spring and hopefully a normal summer again 😀 If it's as infectious as they say, few weeks of caution won't make any difference. As soon as the few weeks are over, it'll be back at the normal rate all over again. Get jabbed, get the NHS set up to cope properly, move on. Caution as in don’t get it all at the same time , overload the hospitals and cause more problems.

Funny, been jabbed 3 times, I go to the local where I sit pretty much on my own, keep myself to myself, go to the Blackthorn Bar at the Rovers, went round my Brother's Christmas Day with Father and a Nephew plus child plus Partner, and I didn't worry. However, tonight, I've been invited round to a Mate's Bar in his garden, where there will be approx 15-20 people there in a room that's probably 20 ft square and I'm actually a little concerned.

Don't do it. I'm beginning to think that. Thing is, I feel slightly hypocritical as I do go to the local pretty much daily, but the staff still wear masks at all time and as I said, I don't mix with anyone. In fact I rarely mix with anyone anyway so I'm ok with that in myself and I'm not too bothered about catching it, BUT, I am in very close contact with my Father who although is a fit as a fiddle and had all jabs, is 87.

Thing is Bags a pub is very different, your not there for hours on end,it's well ventilated, folk aren't in your face and most wear a mask. Personally I wouldn't risk it.

Yep, pub is ventilated and kept immaculate. I also have table service so I'm not hanging about the bar either. What is making me think though, is when do I say enough is enough, I'm going to start meeting up with Friends again on occasions like this evening?

Plenty of time mate we're all in the same situation it's a balance of risk/reward.

Went to a strip club last night and the dancers weren’t even wearing masks. Safe to say I was disgusted.

Thoughts on Whitty being knighted?
I have to say, I don't think he quite deserves it, but I know nothing about him bar his Covid record.

David Icke's son has made a film about Covid, one cinema in Wales wants to show it but there are legal procedings. "Swansea's Cinema & Co was ordered to shut by a judge after boss Anna Redfern breached several Covid regulations. Redfern, 45, was also fined £15,000 and given a suspended prison sentence for contempt of court. But she admitted showing a film making serious unfounded allegations against the NHS after the first court order. Directed and produced by Mr Icke's son Jaymie, it makes several baseless accusations against NHS doctors and nurses, including that they are deliberately killing elderly people in hospitals in order to "boost the numbers" of people dying of covid." www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-59853848
