Whatever peoples views on COVID it is still around despite not making the news these days. I know 4 people who have it,all have had at least 3 jabs. (I have had 4 jabs) and thankfully still virus free.It has not gone away folks.

Assuming you have not noticed the most common accompanying uhc's with covid. A healthy diet, along with exercise would have saved countless lives and is generally a good idea. However you, you can do what you like and get your 6 monthly jabs regardless of anything else and feel just fine. Good on ya kiddo. A good diet, healthy lifestyle and appropriate vaccines in tandem is probably the best idea. For the sake of argument would you have a covid vaccine in 10 years time once it was proven to be safe and effective? Have you and your family had polio and MMR vaccines? Thanks, it's refreshing to get a normal response.. 1.No. Natural immunity by now anyway and I don't believe in the covid jabs seeing them as sales rather than health benefits. I look to countries with low vax rates/mortality/wealth and compare with high vax rates/mortality/wealth and see the scam for what it is. 2.Yes. I've probably had more jabs than most people on this forum.

Plus the vaccine because I believe in science unlike you , you crackpot. I believe in science 🤷🏽♂️ You are getting confused. Also, why am I a crackpot? I have a wife, children, a mortgage like you, and am lucky with health and lifestyle. If you feel better calling people names in this day and age, I feel even more sorry for you than I did yesterday.

You never did answer Fintanstack's question. Did you have your children vaccinated against previously common diseases such as measles or smallpox?

Just chill out on the attempted character assassination and converse like a good gentleman.

Probably based on an assumption that the majority of posters are "normal" 9 to 5 UK based workers. Maybe Gashead79 works or travels abroad a lot? Well That's bollox as well. No, this guy is chicken sh**. Personally I would prefer to debate Gashead79 on the merits or otherwise of the things he says. Personal attacks make you look silly, not him. His belief that healthy lifestyle is based in reality. We have been told for years and years that healthy diet and exercise is the best things to prevent cancer, diabetes, heart disease etcetera. It is an inarguable fact that Vitamin C helps lower the risk of common colds. The common cold is a coronavirus. However, I do not accept for one moment, no matter how many times Gashead79 states anecdotal evidence, that an improved lifestyle is the sensible treatment for a global pandemic. Because it is not. The demographics do not support this. Healthy people have similar infection rates. The co-morbidity and effects of Covid may be worse for us fatties but that does not give the right for "healthy people" to go around infecting as many people as they see fit. I also think that his citing of poorer nations having lower numbers as evidence is also a non starter because it does not take into account social factors, data collection or even truth. All of this could be debated without calling him a liar and a coward. Based on the evidence presented I think possibly misguided and selfish, but I am sure Gashead79 could call me easily led and moralising, yet he has not done so.

"It is an inarguable fact that Vitamin C helps lower the risk of common colds. The common cold is a coronavirus." But the degree and value to which your body has to ingest Vitamin C makes that argument invalid. Nobody does. Nor probably could during a normal daily cycle. I don't think I called him a liar, but I did call him out for relying on others to take the risk on proving the veracity of the vaccine. His own words show that to be true

I spent a portion of my life travelling abroad often. Oh, we are going to play this game are we. I spent 30% of my adult life actually living abroad and whilst domiciled in the UK, a large proportion of my working years travelling. Should I claim I am more vaccinated than anyone else? Ffs,
