At the beginning of February I posted a poll on Gaschat to ask if people were Garner In or Garner Out. With 114 votes, gasheads voted overwhelmingly in support of Garner, with 82.5% voting Garner In (94/114 voters) and 17.5% voting Garner Out (20/114 voters).
Since that point we have played 5 games:
Wycombe Wanderers 3-1 Bristol Rovers
Tranmere Rovers 0-0 Bristol Rovers
Bristol Rovers 2-1 Blackpool
Sunderland 3-0 Bristol Rovers
Bristol Rovers 0-1 Shrewsbury Town
A record of 1 Win, 1 Draw and 3 Losses. Taking our record since Garner's appointment to 1 Win, 5 Draws, 10 Losses in all competitions (1 Win, 4 Draws and 8 Losses in League 1).

It's just such an injustice we got the undeserved 3 points against Blackpool as its arguably prolonged the suffering.
The worst manager in our history.
In fact, is he the worst manager in the history of the sport? Can't be many out there with a worse managerial record?

It's the win percentage that's keeping him in a job

I have been massively supporting Ben , After today my level of support is now not at 100% as what I witnessed on the pitch is right up there with some of the worst I’ve seen , possibly the worst. Really don’t know now ! It’s certainly not good enough and there has to be a point where enough is enough

I'm reluctantly starting to turn towards getting rid.
I hoped we'd be able to make it work but these players, especially the centre midfield are totally incapable of playing any football.
The new guys, esp JML have shown flashes, but losing today without a shot on target (I think) make me feel like it's gone too far.
Resigned to the fact we're going to get another clogger in to grind out results.

First game I've been to in a while. I don't have anything else positive to say. There was no game plan. Shocking ref and Shrewsbury were poor.

The last "clogger" saved us from relegation last season and got us to fourth this season. That style of football suits Rovers and the no frills approach symbolises the club on and off the pitch. i have been a supporter of BG but that support ebbs with each passing debacle. On the positive side, the "clogger" got us enough points before Christmas to prevent relegation.

Up until today I was with him but after today. Playing at home against a struggling side we played a single striker!!!! In my opinion incomprehensible and a total lack of commitment. I reckon even GC made have played 2 up front today. As for the midfield, why does he persist with such when they are clearly not performing.

It will take a miracle for BG to clean up the mess he has created. Has a manager ever turned around a run like this? It’s not as if he came in with the club at rock bottom. He’s turned a good side into an appalling one. He has to go. Keeping him on for next season would be stupid.

Today's performance was inexcusable and unforgivable. I didn't think we could play worse than we did in the Bolton home game but I was wrong. I've backed BG but enough is enough. 1 win in 17 and based on today's performance I'd say he's lost the dressing room because half the team didn't look interested.

But with all due respect to City and Pantsdown he knew that baby Johnson was a decent young manager and fit into what he wanted at Ashton gate and had the balls to keep faith. They are now at top 6/10 championship club. 100% that Ben wont,or cant turn it around like LJ did over there.

I've been fully behind BG but after yesterday I'm struggling to see a way back for him. I've still just about got my feet in the in camp but not sure if that's just with blind optimism or an actual belief that things will improve. He isnt going to be sacked at this moment in time so I'd like to see him play our more technically gifted players and actually try & play through midfield. If that's his ultimate goal then do it now before it really is too late
