So you think drawing a conclusion from an ambiguous statement (which many disagree with), whilst refusing to admit there is a possibility you’re not correct - is open minded? I won’t be drawn into your trying to change the narrative whilst you refuse to address the insult you made to me. You made it very clear that we shouldn’t be changing the topic until we’ve finished each point. Why are you ignoring the insult? That’s twice now. So I clicked on his link, thinking "sh*t" what have they said. Lo and behold it's the Fu**ING Daily Mail. Christ Almighty. Then it turns out BLM are critical of Israel's further annexation of Palestinian territory...wow, aren't we all? Then have the temerity to suggest these acts of Apartheid are not being condemned enough by British Politicians, suggesting they are being gagged? Wtf is ugly about that? You've missed the bit about claims that BLM UK members have threatened members of the Jewish community. Maybe you aren't on Twitter and that accusation had fallen off of the page shown on the link, in which case you'll just have to take my word for it having been there. If it's important to you I'll try and find it and copy it onto here. Anyway, if what's reported on this page is correct it looks like all BLM UK are doing is taking a lead from the parent organisation; www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/2020/06/american-jews-must-stand-structurally-anti-semitic-caroline-glick/

I am sure if you scour the internet you will find someone or some group somewhere committing an anti semetic act. You are trying, rather desperately, to tag BLM with the anti semetic tag. You first link to the Daily Mail provided the wording the BLM movement provided, which as said was highly critical of Israeli settlements expansion. Rightly so. The hypocrisy from the campaign against anti semitism group from the link you provided, there for all to see. A bit one eyed and desperate in reality.

Hmmm, the Belgian king has expressed deep regret for the appalling atrocities committed in Congo... www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-53232105Congo is a hell hole now, millions killed in recent history and wars still ravage... I imagine innocent Congolese really appreciate the regret. Honestly, what is the point of endless empty words?

On this occasion the 'someone' is BLM US, the 'somewhere' is a Jewish area, which was attacked, multiple buildings set ablaze whilst anti-Semitic slogans were chanted according to the report. But no matter, when someone from what's reported or perceived as a right wing group does something similar I'll just say that you condemning it is desperate and one eyed. Even a simple 'if accurate I condemn it' would have spoken volumes, but that appears to be out of your reach. Personally I condemn all and any such actions from either side of the political spectrum.

If you feel that strongly about it I'd like to invite you to throw your mobile, laptop and desktop computer into the river - the west's desire for technology is why DR Congo is in such a shocking state. One of DR Congo's natural resources that the west has pillaged them for is cobalt. Cobalt mining is big business because it's an essential component for fast heat resistant processor chips which has fuelled the almost constant state of civil war as juntas and cartels compete to control the means of production. Which means we've all got blood on our hands everytime we make a social media post on our phone. But no-one will give up their phones in solidarity with the congolese. That's sadly the problem with the virtuous anger the extreme left wing carries- you inevitably end up being a complete hypocrite in some form or other.

I am sure, given I would imagine the Nation of Islam are active, there are anti semetic elements. But you linked, through the Daily to Mail, to words directly attributable to BLM. They rightly called out the Israelis for what they are doing and queried the silence in the west. Nothing wrong here, move along.

And just wait until we are all driving our electric cars with all those precious metals in the battery as required by many environmental pressure groups.....

They rightly called out the Israelis for what they are doing and queried the silence in the west. Nothing wrong here, move along. 2 things, no scouring, just looked for the same twitter feed that we were discussing yesterday, and up pops the story that I linked today. Secondly, as I've explained to our mutual friend Gassy, the fact that The Mail hosted that Twitter content is irrelevant, I can honestly say that I've never searched for The Mail's website to obtain news or opinion, like you, I understand that it's no better than any of the equivalent left wing toilet paper. Oooo, Nation of Islam, black supremacist anti-sematic racists who stand on street corners with Bibles in their hands shouting at passers by last I heard. Not sure how much danger or threat they pose, maybe you can advise on that one? I've always just thought of them as annoying, totally bonkers and that nobody takes them seriously. Maybe I'm wrong? Again, happy to learn here, but I don't think they could say the stuff they do in the UK, they only get away with it because of US free speech laws.
