I might be completely barking up the wrong tree here but can't get it out of my head..
We had
Little
Upson
Rodman
Nicholson
Hare
All missing yesterday. All bar the last one are very experienced. Is it a coicendence we were missing a lot of experienced players?

Is it a coicendence we were missing a lot of experienced players? Too experienced for BG, no boss likes someone who knows better than them. |

I don't for one minute think that is the case, these are professional footballers being paid by the club whatever they think of the boss. |

Experienced Players wont want to be associated with losing runs so there probably is some yardage in how long injuries take to heal.the kids?they need and have to play

I’m sure that the frustration and bleak outlook us fans are feeling will be more than matched by the players. The players have got where they are by competing and being successful. They don’t get long careers and i’m sure they wont want any negatives on their playing history. The players that have come in must be thinking what have they done. Has Ben lost the dressing room? Maybe he never had it.

Someone who has moved for decent money in his career although I know at Sunderland he didn't have much luck with injuries but don't think he is at the moment  |

Someone who has moved for decent money in his career although I know at Sunderland he didn't have much luck with injuries but don't think he is at the moment If he's on the bench, then he's not missing. What is going on in this thread? Did we really land on the moon? Is the earth flat? Did aliens build the pyramids? |

I have known players before who refused to play or just sit on the bench and will not want to ever put a foot on the pitch. Happens all the time
