That's not strictly true, he has designated 1 place per County. There are 254 counties in Texas. That said, it is strange. Thanks for the correction to early in the morning reading the BBC website, my guess is it plays to the narrative that postal voting is so corrupt we have to have 1 place we can strictly monitor,Banana Republic stuff. |
