How are they making it difficult? They are just enforcing the rules we have now signed up to It would even worse under WTO despite Johnson saying it would be fine He’s so deluded it’s just not worth bothering with him . Ey up, Snowy’s on the warpath again! BBC have reported Scottish exporters have complained their government have done nothing to help despite being asked. Britain are operating a light touch policy regarding customs control. The EU, predictably, are going through everything with a fine tooth comb, looking for any reason to be obstructive, and telling their customs officers to confiscate drivers food.

"Quality of Nationality Index: there has been a catastrophic drop in the value of the British passport. Brexit has caused the quality of UK passports to drop from 8th to 35th in the world rankings, a 27.1% fall in value...This fall is unprecedented in history." Chalk another win up 🇬🇧! And what's the impact? ? Perhaps all those illegals trying to swarm across the channel will decide its better to stay in France and get a European passport. Another Brexit win!

And what's the impact? ? It's to do with visa free travel iirc. An indication of how easy it is for a certain passport holder to get around.

And perhaps we should have negotiated a grace/transition period The UK has intimated and is carrying out light touch regulation for 6 months to ease the transition. The Bastard EU are acting like playground bullies just because they can. confiscating lorry drivers sarnies. There are people in this country who wanted to stay aligned with them. Pffft.

Our light touch policy is as much because we are unprepared to deal with it. We dont have enough customs officials or staff Seems like the EUs no deal preparations were a bit better than ours

I remember a Guardian article from a few months ago where they warned of the dire consequences if the UK didn’t join the EU procurement programme for Covid vaccines, saying we would be squeezed out and unable to buy vaccines when they were licensed. Just remind me how that’s turned out, will you?

We have done well on the vaccine front (shame about the rest of it) but the vaccine isnt a BREXIT issue The vaccine isnt going to help British business trade inside the EU or reduce the costs is it?
