Ayunga, Harries, Day and Leahy aren’t league one standard in my opinion. None of those would get a job at another league one side if released.
Looking at the strength and league one experience of the Pompey squad, I can only see this going one way I’m afraid.

I was just about to post the same as after reading the posts on here I couldn't figure why everyone was talking about Ehmer being missing. Went back to check and Ehmer is indeed playing according to the OS and Baldwin is out. We know how to impress prospective managers! The OS "Team News" is wrong. Why would Leahy be captain with Ehmer on the pitch? Having missed the last three, I’ve only gone and paid for this on ifollow. Not sure what I’ve let myself in for. Need to see some sign that these players are truly up for the fight. C’mon the Gas!

Interesting to hear all the commentators so far saying that we need “a strong character” who will “dominate the dressing room”, “kick backsides”, etc Is it me, or does that sound like Joey Barton is a done deal? ‘Improve the professionalism’ was an interesting statement. There have certainly been games recently (Accrington) where the players have lacked effort. |
