If Barton is true to his word, he cannot pick Leahy or Kilgour.
Don’t understand issues with Williams, he seems great whenever I’m Looking.

Williams harries Baldwin tutonda
Rodman Upson McCormick Nicholson
Ayunga. Daly

I agree with others that Daly and Ayunga need to be given more time on the pitch in place of Hanlan. If Hanlan is not playing at full capacity, give him a rest. His poor first touch and control in my view is symptomatic of him not being completely fit.
I'd be tempted to go for a 4-3-1-2 or something similar.
Day Williams-Ehmer-Baldwin-Leahy Westbrooke-McCormick-Grant/Upson Nicholson Ayunga-Daly
If not, a 3-4-3 to stick with the same formation, but go with the following:
Day Williams-Ehmer-Baldwin Rodman-McCormick-Grant/Upson-Leahy Daly-Ayunga-Nicholson
Its difficult to select a suitable 11, because the squad is so imbalanced. A plethora of midfield options but seemingly no real way of making a lineup that looks dangerous, particularly when our most dangerous offensive players aren't fully fit.

Bizzarely, too many wide players, but no defensive wide players. Lots of attacking mids but no out and out defensive mids

I would 100% drop Luke Leahy, at fault for the first goal, just after that got out done again and Hull nearly scored from it. Hull's second goal Kilgour and Harries both going for the ball at the same time should not happen, but when I was watching the game and their number 10 was on his way I thinking where the hell is Leahy. He did not pop up on my TV screen until their number 10 was on our 6 yard box line not good enough! Leahy is good going forward, but the guys defending and positional sense is over all the shop.

Harries seems to get more than his fair share of stick for defensive mistakes and yet again it was Kilgour and Leahy the main offenders. What Kilgour was up to for their second goal, only he can know. Came flying across from the centre to a high ball down the left channel that Harries was set to deal with, knocks him out the way and gifts the winger a free run down the left. Likewise Leahy's schoolboy error in trying to shield a ball that was never going out of play was very poor judgement at best. Thought Harries dealt very well with a number of hospital passes from Kilgour all game and is far more comfortable on the ball when under pressure than Kilgour ever is. I agree - under barton. I was totally against harries earlier this season, thought he was awful. I’m also not one to pick on players but I couldn’t see anything redeeming. Recently he’s been solid, can certainly tackle and his long passes out the back are nothing short of brilliant. Nearly always close to target and often just that bit ahead to make it interesting. He’s a good player in the making. Main issue is too slow. Looks deceptively like he isn’t interested and lollops around like a Great Dane. Yes but Schmeichel was a goal keeper

I will be surprised if he changes much for Tuesday? Maybe it's just a warning shot to cut out the errors? Let's be honest if he dropped everyone who makes mistakes on the match day, we wouldn't have a team left! Seems at the moment we get punished for every defensive error, the real fact of the matter is we don't put teams under enough pressure /carry enough threat in the final third. Things seem much worse because we don't score. If we could just go ahead instead of chasing the game, I'm sure the defence will be better.

As I remember he made the team train at a military training base and was on for taking players houses off them if they got sent off. I’m sure he would have been on for fielding a 0 0 0 formation due to dropping everyone

Saturdays results were obviously a disaster for you lads , hope you can get the win you need on Tuesday against Accrington , Wimbledon v Burton is an interesting one probably a draw would be best for you as it keeps Burton in the drop zone.

As the season enters the final furlongs some games become more important than others in terms or realistic expectations. We did poorly in n picking up a measly three points against Wigan, Shrewsbury and Burton. Not good enough. I expected nothing at Hull and thus wasn't disappointed. Just glad it wasn't a thrashing.
Home to Accrington is another matter. We need 3 points from this one but that means we will score goal(s) and stop making schoolboy errors at the back. I suspect Accrington will be looking at this match as a potential win especially bearing in mind the humiliation we experienced up there a few weeks ago.

Accrington also have a realistic chance of making the playoffs and will definitely be targeting tomorrows game as one where they can take all 3 points

We simply have to win it
JBs presser seems like he’s had enough honeymoon and he’s now looking for professional men to stand up and be counted

Harries is a must for me looks composed on the ball and yes he has a mistake in him but Alfie at the moment has more and for me was at fault for the 2nd goal I have no idea why he was going for the ball when Harries was already there. I want to see Baldwin and Harries as a pair personally think they are our best 2 if we want to play out from the back still.

Everyone saying how they think harries is a good defender and has great passing ability; I've watched every game this season but im wondering if I've been watching different games to others because he's been poor all round. His distribution is awful but because of BGs comments when he was signed he seems to have this reputation as a ball playing defender!! Ive not been impressed by any of our defenders tbh, not singling Harries out but just can't see what others have seen. Sad seeing how Alfie has gone backwards this season, really hope he can regain his confidence and realise the potential he showed in the past.
