Obscene amount of money for the vast majority of those. Some of the top few I expect were only paying partially if at all though. in modern times I think we must have a reputation as a relatively well paying club at this level. Was it Jeff Hughes who made a comment about us being big spenders, or am i making that up (?). Always take these things with a pinch of salt but terrifying if Westbrooke, Ehmer and Little are on over £150k pa. Got to question if paying players like harries and Barrett over £2k a week was seen as a good idea, let alone Liddle on £75k+ a year for an hour against Darlington and 60 mins in a league game (that cannot be right!). Let's hope we have clauses in the contracts for wage drops upon relegation a la football manager games. You got it right about Mr Hughes but at least he could find the net! I wouldn't mind if we paid a £1000 a goal bonus to this lot but Wael still wouldn't have to pay out much. |

Well I stuck to my decision not to watch this game (or follow the scores/forum) as it just ends up ruining by day/evening.
I can wholeheartedly say ah well, my evening isn't ruined.
I suggest others not to waste your time, money and stress watching these pathetic footballers steal a living. You'll feel much better, trust me.
Gonna do the same on Saturday 👍

The goal was offside because Ayunga was in an offside position and the shot touched him as it went in No he wasn’t, Hanlon to the side was offside but not interfering |
