Well one positive is that we finally have a week off. Since Joeys come in, we've been back to back and this week should hopefully finally give him some time to work deeper with the players. Time to watch the whole of Italia '90. |

On the plus side when we get relegated at least this time we only have about two players to worry about losing in Jaakola and Nicholson.

We are down I’m afraid, relegated without so much as a wimper. I only hope that the clowns in the boardroom have got it right with Barton, but I’m afraid they’re taking the p1ss out of WAQ, who I believe is a genuine football man who desperately wants the club to succeed. When we’re relegated I hope Barton is able to persuade our better players to stay and can clear out the dross we’ve accumulated and replace them with some skilled battlers who can give the team a spine and some desire to facilitate a quick return. If our good players decide it’s not for them then we’re *** for a couple of seasons while we build from the start. Here’s hoping. Looking forward to aways at Grimsby, Scunthorpe and Morecombe. Grimsby fans totally blame "Ian Runaway" for leaving them with a sh** squad after poor recruitment in the summer, after being lucky with a few loans when he first took over! Left them with Rollin and Stephan Payne too (although they are complementary about Menayese) |

It will be a real shame to see Grimsby fall back out of the football league. Great fans, but another club like ourselves that has had a couple of years of the board making a string of awful decisions. |

I only wish we could clear out ALL the crap ASAP... Today Williams , Hanlan and Westbrook’s did not do enough. Barrett truly needs to be playing at Weston Super Mare. Zain was good first half , Pablo put in a shift, Alfie diluted Wyke. Great to see Anssi back ... Rest was ninety minutes of huff and puff with no end product.! Nice to know the ref has cost us again and there May be a conspiracy Call Mike Jones! JB needs to be careful here.Im getting a bit hacked off with him calling the officials after every loss. We can all see what happened, but there’s not a blind bit of difference anyone can make by constantly moaning. If we were given an offside goal or an iffy penalty would he be ranting? I doubt it. it won’t be our problem come next week when he’s *** off to Preston taking his staff with him, Alan Coughlin. Never mind, the compo will help pay the wages of Garner and Tisdale. |
