All too complex for me. I'll stay at home till getting a ticket and getting in is simpler. Good luck to those who can navigate this complexity.

Taking my grandson and his friend, they are both 10 so I assume they won’t need any proof of covid negative test? It doesn’t mention anything on the club website about ages so no clear messaging there.
edit:This is the advice dated 22/7/2021 for pre season games. Can’t see any update so advice is still correct?

So I've been double jabbed and can get a "domestic covid pass" on the app, though I didn't actually put in anywhere that I've been jabbed. Do they know that themselves from my doctor's records? I've got the card saying I've been double jabbed too.

So according to the match day guide you’ll get placed into a section on the terracing to manage social distancing.
That’ll go down with season ticket holders who get placed somewhere different to where they’ve been standing for over 20 years.

On Saturday I’ll be standing where I usually do.

Yep double jabbed but no NHS app to prove it. Do they just take your word for it or do I need to get the app. I struggled getting set up on that when I last tried.

If you have that it makes registering with the App a lot easier. Have a look at the FAQ’s as well, not 100% sure but thought I read the vaccination card you had stamped when you got your jabs was acceptable. (I might be wrong on that so do double check)

Was looking forward to my first game for eighteen months and then! Got my covid pass from Wales NHS to prove I have had the two jabs. None of that on the pass just one of those two d barcodes that needs to be read on a scanner that will show the proof of vaccination. Then I find the pass only lasts a couple of days printed boldly near the top, in spite of it saying twenty eight days at the bottom of it. Got in the phone to ask about it, told anyone requiring that info should have the scanner to decide the barcode. Do Rovers scan the passes? Then I see they will accept my vaccination card and I am relieved. Now the ST fiasco, you could not make the whole thing up, what a shambles.

Gasheads if you do not have the app to prove you have been double jabbed go on the NHS and type in Covid Vaccination Letter you then have to enter your National Health number it takes about 5-7 days to come through for your letter

The club has said whilst online proof is preferred a letter or VACCINATION CARD is acceptable.

According to the club the local sage group decide on the regulations. We have to with a crowd of 3k but city dont with 20k. Exactly, bizarre that @ity are saying the following for entry to Trashton: We will not require supporters to show evidence of a negative test or any form of vaccine passport How does this make any sense? Will cost us a fortune in lost attendances.

Bristol Rovers ‘making it easy to do business’. Not. You’d think the way we carry on that we need to cut demand for tickets and so introduce rules on top of those required by law just to make sure we can keep the numbers down!
Forget it for now. I’ll go watch Yate Town.

For your own peace of mind, I would suggest getting the app. I found it fairly straightforward to get set up. Happy to help if you get stuck. It contains the Covid pass, which provides a scannable QR code.
