Literally no other club I know of were doing it anyway not entirely sure why we were? Genuinely think this will boost the attendance Saturday now. Might not be a coincidence this comes the day after a reported low crowd last night. Did seem very low last night from where I was stood even with the west side shut. Didn’t hear the actual figure announced. |

I think it's more likely the club realised that every other club was breaking ranks and abandoning safeguards, and simply couldn't afford to be one of the last ones left still following unenforceable guidelines. |

I'm a ST holder, and doubled jabbed, but I'm not risking it if it's unrestricted. Delta is up to 6 times more contagious than the strains last year. I am also not comfortable being in a situation where I am not able to social distance. I have only recently stopped wearing a mask in supermarkets, but I make a point to keep my distance from other people as a point of courtesy. I am not going to be able to do that at the Mem. At the Mem, it will be pointless wearing a mask unless everyone else does the same. I really want to support my team, so I am going on Saturday, but I am not 100% happy with the situation. NOTE: I have never had Covid, nor do I consider myself at risk (above the normal risk). |
