It was worrying to me how laid back and relaxed that wael seemed to be , he acknowledged today wasn’t good enough but to me , he will be sticking with JB and thinks it will all turn around. I’m just hoping that he’s keeping his real feelings in check and will get rid ! Wael is probably one of the most naive people out there. The way he permitted JB to conduct a reset of staff and players despite his impending assault trial (the first one) still beggars belief.I do really appreciate the support Wael has given this club, but he should just not make any more footballing decisions. He is entirely incompetent. gaschat.co.uk/thread/17718/cutting-cancer-out-club-presserHere are plenty of our fans saying he should be given free reign to "sort the club from top to bottom" back in March when it had already become obvious the bloke is a complete and utter basket case. Purdownpoacher and bridgewatergas take a bow.

This is Bristol reporting that he said to wael if you want me to go I'll leave without compensation, but Wael is fully behind him. Your thoughts? Basically he is saying he is giving up and not good enough. That's a Awlful sign. Wael now is as much to blame for what happens in the future as Barton given not excepting JB offer. Exactly. Chucking the towel in again. Just like last season when we had 8 games left to play.

This has relegation written all over it. A disengaged fanbase and poor side. Totally agree. After last year I thought we would be challenging for a play off spot. After all we would be playing in a lower division against weaker teams. Now, after 10 games, we are looking as one of the candidates for relegation. Ive just got my fingers crossed that there are two teams worse than us. What a shambles. How on earth can the owner be happy with the current situation which he is bankrolling?

It was a decision I made Pirate, not an easy one but one I am now convinced was the right one. I don’t want him at my club and won’t go until he has gone. Not only is he an unsavoury character, his football is dire and his tactical awareness non existent If true and Wael has the option to avoid compensation, it’s a no brainer surely? He’s had what? 30 odd games now and his record is dreadful. He’s just been well beaten by a team put together on a shoe string by a manager he called negligent. The fan base is completely divided and the club a mess Get shot NOW and bring in someone dedicated to the cause. Agree except "the fan base is completely divided". I think it's anything but that right now, we all seem United in wanting shot of this negligent, incompetent idiot. Finally I think the majority of the fanbase are now united.

Really, apart from possibly Clarke which signing was "negligent"? It's a call back to Barton calling the previous managers negligent for their training practices. As you're new here, and you've never posted on here before, I understand you might have missed the many previous discussions on the matter and the countless previous mentions of negligence on here. Or perhaps I'm not just a mind reader?

Football club ownership is for wealthy successful individuals, families, corporations and even States. It’s now a business transaction for these owners. Failure or success is par for the course as is most of the operations they control. It’s like collecting super yachts, property cars ect. A great expression of wealth, and an opportunity to tap into huge revenues, when you get to the top of the tree. Fair play to these individuals, if I had my time again I wish I had been this ruthless. Unfortunately for me I have a moral compass, which means I couldn’t do it to customers fans people who ever it effects. I have nothing against Wael what’s so ever, but we have to accept that this is a business transaction that potentially will reap rewards for the owner or when it costs to much it’s more prudent to liquidate and write off against other business interests. There is a football fan in there with Wael, ultimately he is a businessman/ from a business family. We can only hope he continues to be interested in our club, otherwise we will be in the hands of another multimillionaire businessman/ woman with much the same until they get bored or run out of money, or dare I say it see sense. Negative I know but realistic until the fashion of owning a football club fades or sky and BT stop demanding Billons to show footy on the tele. Soap box back in the garage……… Use a few paragraphs in your post and somebody might take the time to read it?

joey has brought in his own players i will give you that! he has in my opinion not realised the challange the 4th tier of football holds and i expect all the brash talk of promotion has bitten him on the bum at the moment he is running like a dog between his legs but one thing he has never shied away from what he wants to for our great club forget about his private life we all want the best for the club we have as supporters suffered over these last few seasons but getting rid of the manager now i believe would send us into the conference league bring in someone else but they are still the same players what will the new man say i didnt sign these they are not my players. we seem to be going around in circle like groundhog day i understand the frustration, but its going to take time nobody wants to lose at home im a season ticket holder and will back the manager all the way give the man some room! i know his record is poor but its only 10 games hopefully this defeat might prove to be the spark that changes our luck! now have a go!
