Just a question to the left wing if Churchill didnt stand up to Hitler what language would you be speaking today. And if no one steps up to Putin your grand children and their children may just be speaking Russian. The UK WW2 effort was appalling, many huge loses. It took the Russians and US to defeat Germany. Churchill was more rightwing than Hitler. |

It’ll be interesting to see how the right wingers on here feel about refugees streaming across the borders looking for a safe haven. Will they happily accept eastern Europeans coming to the UK ? 🇺🇦 🇬🇧 As surely we will happily do our part UK has already sent troops to borders to stop that lol. Only the wealthy Ukrainian/Russians will be welcomed with open arms as usual. |

It’s sad that this threads gone so off topic. This isn’t about WW2, or the British war effort.
This is about the plight of the Ukrainian people, some of whom are drawing their last breaths as we speak to defend their country from occupation.
Focus on the things that matter right now.

It’s sad that this threads gone so off topic. This isn’t about WW2, or the British war effort. This is about the plight of the Ukrainian people, some of whom are drawing their last breaths as we speak to defend their country from occupation. Focus on the things that matter right now. Care to comment on the 2014 Ukraine coup then? And the politics in the region since? Or is that too old hat aswell, you can only focus on the very moment and ignore everything else? Liberals seem happy to mop up the spoils but never the consequences, always the same. Also, do you say the same about the Yemenis, Syrians & Africans being killed by US/UK forces as we speak? |

The sleepwalking Joe Biden, whose more concerned about Trans toilets and pronouns, is no match for the likes of Putin.
