A bit of an update from a reliable source. There is talk of "de-natzification", sounds ominous.

Assumingly the gulf of Aden? The Gulf of Aden is a deepwater gulf between Yemen to the north, the Arabian Sea to the east, Djibouti to the west, and the Guardafui Channel, Socotra, Somalia and Somalia to the south. In the northwest, it connects with the Red Sea through the Bab-el-Mandeb strait, and it connects with the Arabian Sea to the east. He chose Gulf of Aden because it was full of pirates, hence the tentative Rovers connection. Gulf of Guinea would probably have been more appropriate as the Gulf of Aden is less of an issue these days as I understand it. Is that right? To be honest I had assumed some sort of British military connection. |

You know what the saddest part is? I’ve literally just watched a live stream of the skyline of Kharkiv as furious anti air fire lights the night sky and explosions rock the city. This is what war is in the 21st century, tremendous pain, misery and suffering live-streamed to peoples iPhones as it happens. And you sat there watching it, fascinated I bet. The same happened in Iraq, there was even a website tallying deaths & damage to 'enemy' military that was quite popular in the UK. There hasn't been many anti-war posts on this thread anyway. Liberals love a bit a war & death as long as it doesn't affect them directly. |

It's a genuine concern, if 'we' let Putin do this without consequences. As far as Europe is concerned, there are Russian soldiers in a breakaway region of Moldova and the Baltic states will be even more nervous. Possibly Serbia who have ties, too. |
