I was never a fan. Mr Blue Sky was ok though. Had to google it. Still don’t understand. Ffs 😂 and I’m not that young A song by the Electric light orchestra or more commonly known as ELO

I have to say, you must have a very boring life to go through my previous posts searching, I actually find that quite sad, so you like Harries then fair enough, how about a deal, you don't post the utter sh**e you keep posting and I won't mention Harries again either? Not at all mate, just knew you were talking rubbish and as I said I really didn’t have to go back far at all. That’s not how it works. You can’t demand people stop going on about JB because they have a different opinion to you and it’s repetitive, when you make sure your opinions are repeatedly known and repetitive!! You can post about CH all you want, just don’t take the moral high ground when telling people to shut up about JB because you’ve heard it before. It’s a forum and people can voice their opinions and it’s strange behaviour to lie and say people should stop posting their opinions because you’ve heard it before like you don’t post your opinions on the same subject multiple times. wow 24 pages of opinions! Well heres mine... We didnt play as bad as whats been made out. a few months ago people were making some silly comments that we were going to get relegated, which shows there isnt much between anyone in this league. Concerns about the defence, particularly Harries who I have never liked, Anderton is also suspect as he blows hot and cold too much. Connelly is ok and so is Hoole (had an off game) but we really missed Taylor. another surprise for me was E. Anderson who has been pumped as the messiah this week but who I thought was very average. I thought Coutts was our best midfielder last night. Evans was missed but we have an absolute embarrassment of midfielders at the club so i'm not expecting a radical issue. On a positive note, three games in a week and we have 71% possession tonight, it shows the style has definitely improved even if the results aren't quite there yet. Sure it puts pressure on the next few games but a win vs Mansfield on the weekend (they too have to lose sometime) and it will all feel much better. In a way I think that having 71% possession was the worst thing about our performance and the reason we hardly created anything. So many pointless passes that allowed them to gain shape. It was clear from early on it wasn’t working and it was obvious that we needed to go More direct and play with more tempo. These are all the things I was saying during Garners reign and last night reminded me of that time so much. Each to there own but I certainly don’t see 71% possession as a positive. The way I see it is we conceded in the first minute then dicked about with the ball all night while they picked us off at will.

We were totally outplayed by a team who looked relegation certainties a week ago, if we can't compete with them when they get fired up for a match who are we going to beat teams if we did get to the play offs?
If we've known for a while Taylor had an heart condition then it's even more baffling why JB didn't sign a decent back up CH in January. If the medics now say he needs his op straight away and Kilgour struggles to overcome his injury problems then our season could well be over.

Totally agree Topper It was clear we needed back up at centre half and probably right back, but Barton seems intent on having endless midfielders. If he is here for the long term, he will no doubt learn that a successful team is built from the back UTG

Yep, pretty negligent on JBs part to go out and sign a midfielder when it was clear as day we needed defensive options - and that's without us knowing Taylor had a heart condition they were already aware of. Absolutely nuts. A lot of people got very carried away with some scrappy, ultimately unimpressive wins over the past few weeks, and now we've been bought back down to earth with a bump. Middle table at absolute best this season.

If Taylor and Grant are missing, we have a car crash of a defence
How long until Kilgour is fit?
Is Junior Brown injured or frozen out?
Our options along a back 4 are woefully short
Maybe just go for it and play 2-6-2
UTG

Really hoping Grant and Taylor are available otherwise don’t think we stand a chance on Saturday.

We have been inconsistent all season; and this recent upturn in form was mostly against poor or out of form sides - and you have to concede we scraped past most of them unconvincingly. Take Evans out of the equation (like we did on Tuesday night) and we definitely lose a bit of an edge. Luckily it sounds like he was taken off as a precaution more than anything more severe - so hopefully he will be back Saturday. Much was made of our strength in depth when the line-up for Tuesday night was announced, but losing Taylor before K/O was a huge blow. We were a defensive shambles. Maybe it was a blip - but we have had 10 "blips" already so far this season and we are now 10 points from the top 7 (albeit with 3 games in hand on some other teams). People on Facebook have been referencing 2007 season where we were midtable in March with a load of games in hand and snuck into the play-offs on the last game of the season - but that team had 2 guys up front who knew where the goal was! It's not over until it's over, of course, but the bookies have us 6/1 now to finish in the top 7 and that doesn't tempt me into a flutter..

Cian turn away now... Stands still, ball watching.. time and time again That last one is so poor it’s laughable 😂 I know most of us expected a foul to be given on Anderson, but seriously man… at least wait for the flippin’ whistle before completely losing interest in the play.

Conference player at best i'm afraid. Barton should have tried to move him out in Jan, or at least steadied up the defence so we wouldn't need to use him. He is a poor mans Tom Parkes

Cian turn away now... Stands still, ball watching.. time and time again Was disappointed my particular favourite wasn't included - when he kicked the ball out of play trying to play a relatively simple 10 yard pass.

Well it's obvious on here that Harries has become the whipping boy on here. I now hope JB leaves him out of the side for his own good and will wait to see who is next in line for the gallows on here. If the likes of Kilgour reads this, he will no doubt be dreading being fit again, after all he has been shocking since Tony Craig left us and has been worse this season than last. The likes of Anderton, Hoole, Coutts etc must be delighted they have not been singled out for video trial on here, considering the mistakes they made on Tuesday night.
