From Vale's forum .... Hope Bristol go up if we don't as I don't fancy playing these in the play offs. Bristol play some nice football but then have that joey Barton sh1tehouse style at the same time. Dirty buggars at times. They are a good team and will probably go up. Shame they're so dirty, really not sure it's necessary when they've got better players than everyone else. Their captain was running the ref. I’d rather we play this way and run the ref then lose games and get walked over like naive teams we’ve had in the past! |

We spent a good few years constantly being shat on and bullied like that every week. It’s about time we did it back! |

Watch out for Sutton though, they seem to be doing what we did after losing the JPT in 2007 and using that as a springboard to possible promotion.
They have a favourable run-in as well

Lots of love for Coutts' performance today, which was a captain at his best. Needed to just calm some heads first 10 tho
Want to give a shout out to Connolly. As well as being perfectly placed for his first goal and being a unflappable rock in defence, it is his simple quick distribution that caught my eye today. So calm and talented for such a young player.

They have the best run-in of any of the top six teams. In the final game of the season, we could need to win 5 nil plus to take third place. They are plus 1 on Goal Difference over us.
Barrow (21st) vs Sutton United
Sutton United vs Crawley Town (12th)
Sutton United vs Bradford City (18th)
Harrogate Town (20th) vs Sutton United

One thing I would say is that if we had either Proctor or Wilson playing for us we'd be celebrating promotion by now. Maybe Loft will be that missing jigsaw piece
