Great news you're home and the op went well with no spread. Not so great obviously on the future prognosis but today's incurable could be the next one solved.
As you previously posted cancer can do one, have your wobble now then look forward to what life can offer you rather than what might end it.
Stay healthy Tilly, love from the Baden family x

Just to update anybody who's wondering how long before I pop my clogs!
Saw the Consultant Oncologist today, I can't have Chemotherapy as my kidneys are not strong enough. However, the rediotherapy has worked really well, and continues to zap cell for 3 months following the end of treatment. Recent scan showed that there are still cancer cells which need zapping, will have a scan in three months time and review the position. She seemed quite positive, said that they are looking to get rid of all the cells, not just buy me time. The Chemo was going to be a sort of belt and braces thing, but would do more harm than good. Of course, as it's an incurable cancer it may well rear it's head at some point in the future, they can't give any sort of timescale, so I won't be dwelling on it, I'll deal with it if it happens.
Thanks to everybody for your support - it really means a lot, and does help me to stay positive. Sam Finley recorded nice video messages from a few of the players, which was nice of him, and Pete from the shop has kept in touch. We do have some lovely people at the club.

Great news Tilly! We all know you can do it and great to know you do too. Jon the stripes invitation for Saturday still stands. Would be great to see you there and meet an upstanding member of this forum for the first time. I don't bite and to my knowledge none of the other 25 or so don't either.
