Perhaps there's more to the Jones situation we don't know about but MT clearly hasn't seen him play a competitive match for Rovers. Things would've probably been different for Jones had he joined Peterborough when they were interested and not Rovers. |

For clarity I have never, never been a supporter of Liverpool FC. So I don’t, on this occasion, agree with you halifax when I usually do agree with what you say. UTG! That's fine Wareham, not aimed at you directly just in general and by the way while staying in Weymouth the other week I popped over to Wareham but you were no where to be seen ! did you know I was coming! As ever halifax no problem. Where in Weymouth? Great place, often go there winter and summer and spend the day. Spent two years living there before Wareham in late 70s. I was here, only person in Wareham with a gas phone cover, should have said. 👍👍👍 UTG! |

Perhaps there's more to the Jones situation we don't know about but MT clearly hasn't seen him play a competitive match for Rovers. Ryan did not have the chance to play competitively for BRFC under MT However, he would have played in match scenarios at The Quarters on many occasions. MT may or may not have knowledge of Ryan from a previous time. On 10th November 2021 Ryan Jones played a full game against Exeter City. MT was the manager of ECFC at the time. We lost 5-3 in a FLT match. 5-0 down at the interval. Ryan scored a 72nd minute goal and was booked. He might not have shone in a poor Rovers display that night. His direct opponent had a pretty good game. It is possible that MT has a clear memory of this specific match. |
