Any rumours heard about what is happening in phase 2? Given recent performances and fan apathy Phase II could be changes to reduce capacity !!

Low attendances and an eventual finish 16-18th it makes sense let's start our new 6000 all seater east stand now 😂

On another note, isn't it just like Gas way to start to get the Souf Stand busy, and then serve up some of the worst football of the season to them (us)?
As you were...

The stand is a fantastic addition, hopefully it remains priced to fill at £10 a ticket, especially whilst playing dire football. Sat with my Dad and brothers in the East Stand last couple games and it was great to hear the noise and support from that part of the ground! Unfortunately Exeter outsung us on Tuesday, but With some better football and tickets priced to sell, we will see it packed in the run in to the season causing loads of noise……not to sure about those corner seats though…IRENE GOODNIGHT!

Whole new thing going on with the South stand filling up. New pockets of noise and more organic atmosphere making the stadium feel more connected. Will need some time to bed in but feels so much better.
Also more quid a kid please - took the six year old today and it was heart warming seeing the huge number of little ones that could be regulars in years to come.
Only concern is outside at halftime you really feel the bigger crowd and could hardly move beyond the concourse. The facilities and space just aint enough for that number as things are now.

Looked like some of the wannabe hooligan Burberry/Stone Island boys have decided to camp themselves in the South next to the away fans. I presume it was one of those simpletons that threw the flare? Hopefully the stewards identified him and life ban incoming.

For us its the place to sit in but you certainly will not get a drink eat or use the facilities at half time. Will need the west stand to have their own zone if it can be done

Very exciting to see it nearly full, and feels like a massive step forward for being able to create a proper atmosphere at the mem.

Way back in 1958 when places like Walsall and Wolverhampton were in Staffordshire ,Wolves proposed a new stadium which never came to fruition.

Obviously the club are waiting on The Authorities approval before putting Fleetwood South Stand tickets on sale. Hopefully nothing happened to give them any doubts about opening it to full capacity

Not sure if this has been mentioned here or on other threads but a couple of interesting documents have appeared on the planning application for the new stand since I last looked a couple of months ago. Firstly CIL (Community Infrastructure Levy) - the council's 'charge' for 'allowing' us to build the stand was £147k, paid in full last week (and the only reason I mention it was paid in full is there was the option to split it into four instalments over 18 months, so clearly we don't have any immediate cashflow issues...) Then there's the unilateral undertakings, including the club paying £12k for improvements to bus stops on Filton Avenue, £4k for new signs between the overall site and Ashley Down station, £25k for any potential new waiting/parking schemes (which may or may not arise from the £6k travel monitoring scheme) and £5k for new trees to be planted within one mile of the site. There's also an interesting map included....it doesn't seem to relate directly to anything mentioned earlier in the document, but potentially a new entrance/exit to the ground once Ashley Down station opens?
