If there's any truth in this rumour it's interesting that Newport County only managed to extend their lease until next summer. Although I'd imagine there would be an uproar in Newport if we forced them to move out. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/66268534

Hopefully we stay put! Will be very disruptive moving out for 1 year plus.

If we have to move out then Bath Rec would be the best option in respect of geography and capacity.

Are there any sources around any of this? Not been able to find anything yet. Where's the information coming from? Would be great to see what plans are in place though. A temporary move suggests something far more significant than just an add on. Would prefer not to have to do that though

Got to admit, I find that quite amusing. And it looks like they got the one shithead who can actually read, write, and punctuate, to post it. So fair play to them. I did laugh at it as well. Nice to know though that despite their massive status, that they all remain very keen on what we get up to. I work with a few City fans. They freely admit that they`re still obsessed with us.

Until the owners come out with a statement there is no story to what is happening

Nailsworth Village Green's ground would probably be a better and more realistic option than Rodney Parade, if we were looking at temporary locations, though I suspect this is all twaddle.

If we have to move out then Bath Rec would be the best option in respect of geography and capacity. Absolutely. My only concern would be the pitch. Is theres a hybrid pitch able to cope with rugby and football every week. I'm sure most of us would put up with a good soaking on a cold Tuesday night. Rovers Panchos everywhere. Would be good opportunity for the club to tap into new supporters, offer Bath Rugby season ticket holders free attendance on Football days. Could be a relationship that benefits both clubs when hopefully both have bigger grounds.

What a load of speculation and rubbish.
Let's just wait and see what happens then discuss it.

I’m sure we’ll hear one way or the other soon from one of the local residents via Twitter

A few years ago Bath and BRFC suggested building a new stadium near Keynsham i believe ? remember a Points west interview with the owner of Bath Rugby talking about it....
