Anything can happen, but is there another industry where you pay significantly more for a lesser inferior product?
I'm thinking if relegation beckons. It is still possible.

Would you not rather be at the game though? Not being your advanced age HG, my West Enclosure ticket works out at £14.74 per game. I usually miss 3 or 4, so even at 19 games, that's still less than £18 per game. Happy with that personally. Hi Grant, i will be getting a season ticket but for some people the ifollow is a good option i will miss a few home games so make take advantage of the ticket exchange system however that works... Sadly my health is not as good these days so standing for many hours is getting very problematical at best ! Hope you’re ok mate xxxx

Brentford operate the ticket exchange system, they are making changes next season. If you can't attend a game, and don't list your ticket on the exchange, or give it to a fellow supporter to use, you will be issued with a yellow card. 4 yellow cards in a season and you lose the right to renew for the following season. They obviously have a high demand for seats, so I suppose it makes sense to try and make sure that every seat is used. I hope we stick to financial incentives for this. Yellow cards seem draconian to me.

Very clever marketing by the club who are aware that there could be large household energy price increases on the way in April.
Get the income in early, well done to the CEO.

I see that last year the family package allowed you to get 1 adult and up to 2 U16s. Now it’s 1 adult and up to 2 U14s. My eldest turns 14 in the summer, so might get away with a family package for one more season but was hoping to be able to do this up until they are 16. Season after next might just prove too expensive with this change. That seems an odd change given that an under 16 can't work and so fund their own ticket. Back to resale tickets why can't the s/t holder set their own price as I'd sooner sell my ticket for 50% of its face value then let it go unused for a match

They can’t really sell it on the cheap against other tickets, and no matter what the season ticket holder wants back in return is always less than the club would get for the empty spaces anyway. As before it only works for seats or for sell outs.

I've missed a few games this season where I have got near the ground but had to turn back at the last minute due to health on the day. Just waiting for the club to get back to me on changing east terrace to east seating ST. Q & A's didn't cover this You'd like to think that they would make an exemption for certain conditions. You have up until 10 a.m. on the day of the game to list your ticket, however, in my own case, I am planning to go but am sometimes unable to get myself out of the house at departure time, due to anxiety issues. I think that I'd be a definite red card.

Why can't they sell it cheap, it seems to work for gigs, if I sell my ticket for Saturday for £15 don't both Rovers and me gain, at present the scheme only seems to work for sell outs, if we put in an extra 2,000 seat this summer there could well be little demand for resale tickets.

The price increase’s probably also cater for this with my 4 x renewals being best part of £200 more this year

Anyone happen to know if a 10 year old is eligible for an under 10s ticket? I'm guessing not. Had a similar query about getting a family package for 2 U14s. My eldest turns 14 in late July. Emailed Pete at the ticket office and confirmed that cut of date for a change in age is 1st July (when he’ll still be 13). So, I guess the answer to your question is no I’m afraid if he’s already 10. PS Pete was very quick in his response to my query so credit there.

I can only assume the official email goes to Ticketmaster and not Pete I used the generic ticketing email given on the website for any additional questions. I only know it was Pete responding because it was signed Pete Weymouth. So I assume emails go to Rovers ticket office? Maybe I was just lucky and caught them at a quiet moment!
