UTG Gotta disagree Moving all the games from 3 will means loads of fans, far flung home and away supporters, May now not be able to attend. 12 Saturday or Friday night or Sunday will be a real pain.

Last season ticket for a while maybe.

In reality probably only a handfuls of our matches will be affected. Not noticed many people complaining about Sunday’s game even though it is a bit inconvenient.

Not many people work on a Sunday or have kids swimming lessons etc, plus a one off game is easier to make than 4 or 5 a season. Although I assume teams like Wednesday are going to be the worst affected, as they could well have the majority of their games moved to a Saturday lunchtime.

The game doesn’t matter to the ordinary fan, Sky don’t care, if it comes to daft kick off times it’s likely I’ll stop watching.

Lots of people work, Sundays are the busiest day for me, both boys play football and I end up driving miles most Sundays.

You think scrapping the blackout, impacting every regular fixture, would've been better than some games' kick off times being moved?

You think scrapping the blackout, impacting every regular fixture, would've been better than some games' kick off times being moved? It’s pretty much most, not some though. With so much football available now, I really don’t see the black out has much impact on people attending a game or not. We go cos we love our teams and live football. Not because their is none on the box. Agree with the point above tho. I’ll now wait before panicking!

5 league one games a week.
Tuesday and wednesday will account for a couple. A sunday game ,and saturday early kick off and a late kick off the other three.
We can Guess next season it will be from Sheff wed,Bolton,Derby,Reading,Blackpool,Portsmouth,Charlton,Barnsley,Posh to have at least four of those slots every week. Until the season takes shape.
The rest will jockey for the remaining slots or be the 'opposition ' team.
I expect Rovers to feature against Exeter,Cheltenham maybe Oxford. Then as opposition to the listed teams occasionally.

Don’t rovers have one of the best iFollow returns (sure I remember reading that). Not sure this is about showing all the bigger teams, but about wiping out any alternative.

Glad i didn't get a season ticket now. Potentially how many games do we now lose to a 3pm kick of. It’s not this coming season, the 2024/25 is when it starts.

Sky have apparently agreed to share out the coverage, whether they will is clearly another matter, apparently each club should have around 16 games shown live, so a few of those will probably be 12:30 on a Saturday, assuming that's the only time games will be shown at the weekend.

Well this is awful for me personally. 3pm Saturday is what I bought my season ticket for. Also assume I won’t have the option of iFollow and will be forced to have sky or miss out? Now tv maybe an option but doesn’t always cover all live games when not on main channels. Pah VPN ? Absolutely no idea how you do this but the clever kids know How ! 😂 Seriously? It’s easy. I have Nord VPN - probably not the best or cheapest. Go into the app, select the place in the world you want it to pretend you’re from , and switch it on. That’s it. Remember to switch it off otherwise all the ads and suggestions will be from that country. If you put Nigeria you’ll have Nigerian ads. Also if you’ve got it on, some of your accounts won’t work. Eg my betting accounts don’t work with a foreign VPN. So in Match, I have to switch off to bet on things This season my wife works Saturday and I have the brat so sadly for the first time in decades I’ve been more of an armchair fan, but it’s made me quite an expert on this matter. Naturally I would never illegally access the rovers match, but I research this while listening to it on the radio 🤣

Sky will continue to be the biggest money makers in football.
Not the clubs, players and fans that make it what it is. Big media continues its raping of the game all the while throwing us a few crumbs from their big meal table and expect us all to be so grateful.
Patronising self serving merchants of greed. In my opinion.

According to BBC Sport article on the deal: “What is included in the deal? There will be 10 live EFL fixtures shown every weekend, with five from the Championship and five from League One and League Two.” So essentially every game weekend, 5 Championship games will be shown live, 2/3 from L1 & 2/3 from L2? www.bbc.com/sport/football/65502322.amp

When we were on Sky this season I thought iFollow was unavailable fir the game irrespective of your location. Have I remembered correctly?
