Tom at it again, another brilliant header to put Luton two up and 3-2 on aggregate. Didn't we also have Osho on loan but he got injured in the reserves and only got onto the bench a couple of times? |

Buzzing for Locks. What a guy. It’s how he’s transformed his game since leaving us. A lean quick centre half who reads the game so well to an aggressive ball winning one (who reads it even better).
For him to be on the bench last season at the same time to now being captain and first name on the team sheet, what a turnaround, just a shame for him the world cup wasn’t a year later as he would surely have gone this time round.

Great to see one of ours doing so well, always thought Tom was an excellent no frills defender, defender in the truest sense of the word but his all round game has improved so much now he is a totally different player, hair style and all! Scoring vital goals now as well now. I understand that Luton even had a Sammy Igoe Wembley moment but messed it up!
It is stories like the Luton, Brentford, Brighton, Bournemouth that convinces me we to will have our day! Of course we need a super new 30000 capacity stadium to do it , just look at Luton, Bournemouth , oh, hang on!

Not really seen a lot of Tom. Can he pass a long ball now as that was his only failing with us
Do we really need a defender that can play the ball rather than just have a no nonsense centreback. Even JB said about himself. 'I done the nasty stuff and gave the better ball players the ball to do their bit'

Tom is a great player, and I loved his wholehearted game while at Rovers. But just don't get this love-in. He arguably left us worse off than the snake did when he left, refusing to sign a new improved contract effectively means he left for no fee, at least we got £300,000 for the snake (now i do get the hate-in for him)
