4 or 5 of that West ham team would walk into any team in league 1. They looked faster and fitter than us, quick passing. Fair play to them.

Barton has just allowed this to unfold tonight ..,surely he could see West Ham were all over us … equaliser was always coming We have carried four of maybe five players tonight … like the bad old days. Saturday way more important and just hope some of these tonight are nowhere near the match day squad. Fair play to West Ham - wanted it more and some of their boys have embarrassed our so called men ! We conceded 2 goals after JB brought on the supposedly better players? Just a pity McCormick's shot came back off the bar at 1-0 as it would have probably been game over if we'd gone 2-0 up. We conceded straight after the substitution… courtesy of Luca Hoole and poor Bogarde not sure where to stand as a CB Third goal was irrelevant .. West Ham were far the better side in the second half and given the chances we wasted we got what we deserved. |

It’s not losing … it’s the way it has happened. Our so called strength in depth ain’t there… who cares. Players nor 99 percent of the fan base do.efl cant even get a local chippy to sponsor the farce. |

The oppo played very well in the second half. Fair play to them. We could easily have been three or four up and had an easy win but that’s football. Perhaps the ball will run for us a bit better on Saturday.

How much longer do we give Barton with our shocking home performances?
Yea we won the other day but with the backing he’s had we should be top six.
None of our players are kids they were all signed to be first team players originally. We can call it our reserves but most of those players do spend time in the starting 11.
Jevani brown not worth damaging our clubs reputation over.
Collins wasted out wide.
Trying to not over react but that was so embarrassing.

Fair play to West Ham who were very good but despite us not being particularly great we should have put that game to bed with the chances we wasted.
I'm not sure any of the 'fringe' players made a real case to start on Saturday. Vale & McCormick showed glimpses but I don't think anyone is forcing their way in based on tonight.

Was feeling a bit for Hoole , Gordon ect not getting in the set up, but after tonight you can see why He played hoole out of position. Joey seems unable to learn he is not a CB. |

Saw bits of it and it looked like more slow ponderous sh**e that we’ve generally come to expect.
Barton needs some wins in the league ASAP particularly at home where we’ve been dreadful since winning promotion.
No doubt he’s a good speaker and talks the talk and he’s clearly good at attracting these players to our club but is he improving them or bringing them to a league 1 club to play keep ball and stagnate ?

Hargreaves said he was struggling at end of half before being replaced. Hopefully precaution only otherwise Hoole will again get the stick for Joeys error. |

Seemed rovers played like a training session for most of the game.
WHU21 were full of energy and up for the game and deserved their win.
Sad upshots from the game.
Belshaw,Hoole,Gibbons definitely not good enough. Need to look to move them on over the coming year.
Gordon needs to up his game.
Brown is not and never will be a front of the line striker.
Vale should have stood out as was playing his own level of player and is supposedly a star in the making.He didnt.
Overall , just tired out some legs before the Wigan game and got hammered by a kids team. Embarrassing.

Agree that gibbons and Belshaw are not good enough and Grant probably ahead of Gordon for LB now too |
